The in-store signage and KrogerFresh badge say “Order Fresh” but since KrogerFresh is “Kroger Fresh” I can’t search “order” in iOS to bring it up. It would also be extremely helpful if KrogerFresh had ingredients and allergy info in KrogerFresh . Finally, I know that KrogerFresh is not written or managed by the same team that does all of Kroger’s other apps, which I think is a poor choice. Kroger’s app is improving, and I think this one takes away from that. I also think it’s silly that KrogerFresh is stand alone from the Kroger app, since all of this functionality ties into that app and would be very easy to add in.

I was chugging along just fine, picking out my groceries for my order and even though I was signed in, it still said “Sign In” at the top and the store selection was wrong. I went to fix these issues and now it won’t let me out of the same day order stuff that’s not even available. Where did my cart and everything I had in it go? KrogerFresh is awful honestly and difficult to figure out

The old app needed me to update now it’s unavailable. New app for Kroger fresh is not working at all - this is awful in many ways. I may need to shop elsewhere as I could order and pickup on previous app. The new one won’t allow me to and won’t give me option for my local store. I would give zero stars if option to do so.

It saves me so much time for ordering my deli meats and cheeses ahead of time and allows me to pick up lunch and dinner for the family without having to wait in line! Thanks Kroger!

I switched phones and downloaded KrogerFresh. You can’t get to the coupons with KrogerFresh. I can’t find the original Kroger app that I had on my old phone. Very confusing!

Very easy to order. Perfect for an easy lunch.

While exploring KrogerFresh I ended up under “ Find a Store near you” and it wouldn’t let me out…. I live in Florida. There is not store near me. I just deleted KrogerFresh because I could not go anywhere else in KrogerFresh

Trying to use my app to add coupons and it’s only letting me go to the online/pickup ordering with no other options and saying online ordering is suspended for now.
I don’t want to order anything online, I just want to add coupons.

Limited store options my old app is not supported and none of the stores I use are available on this one. I don’t shop in a Jackson for anything ever.

Would not list my city. Nearest city was over 30 miles when closest store is under 10 miles. Just want to use the old app

Kroger needs to fix KrogerFresh to run on older iPads. I can't upgrade my iOS and the newest app won't run on any iOS before 12.0.

Signed up for and set up. The only store it will let me shop at is in Sherman, Texas. Tried this on several tablets and came up with the same result. Not willing to drive there from Colorado for groceries.

Unable to search for any grocery items

Could not use App due to failure of software to identify my Kroger store by use of map locations or by entering store name, city, state & zip.

KrogerFresh kept freezing me on the “choosing a store” page. Couldn’t get out of it.

Useless and annoying

The apps seems to work fine, but I often find the staff had no idea they had to fulfill the order.

Can’t get regular Kroger app installed. This one provides no benefits

KrogerFresh has more mental issues than the crazy farm. I can’t get it to work for the most part and when... on those rare moments where it works a little, and I mean a little, I have issues even then. This is about the lamest excuse for a grocery online service that I’ve ever seen.... guess it’s back to Walmart.com for a much better experience

I have been using KrogerFresh for several months with no issue, but now it crashes EVERY time I try to open it! This has been going on for several weeks. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded KrogerFresh , and I’ve updated my phone, etc.-anything I could think of to fix it. I use an iPhone 8, so maybe there’s an issue with iOS? Not sure, but standing in line at the deli counter takes as much time as my entire shopping trip, and KrogerFresh allows you to avoid that time-waster. DEVELOPERS, PLEASE.FIX.THE.BUGS!!!!
