Not Such Great Service

I’ve always gone to the PDQ in Wellington Fl and never had any issues and today was terrible, I went inside to pick up my order it wasn’t ready apparently as it was not in the pick up spot, I told the lady my name and low and behold after waiting 3 minutes my order was sitting on the counter where they prepare and bag the food. Then they gave me the wrong drink a sweet tea instead of a coke, I went back inside I had to ask for assistance as everyone was just standing around it was not like they were busy, anyway there was drink sitting around and she had the nerve to give to me I told I don’t want it I don’t know whose drink it was it was sitting there when I walked in she looked at me in a way like she was upset because I asked for a fresh drink. I thought that was quite rude.
Over 30 minute wait

I decided to download the app and order my meal because I thought it would be quick and easy not knowing that I would be here sitting in the mobile order pickup spot at the Town Center location for over 30 minutes now and have watched not only 15+ cars go through drive thru but over 10 guests inside eat without a single employee coming to bring out my food or even just greet me! Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had

First off let me say I really enjoyed PDQ food. Their chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders are the best! That being said I normally order in West Palm Beach but the app stopped working for me. It keeps saying register a valid email address but it’s in red it does not allow me to. Also says invalid token so the app is broken which doesn’t allow me to order Through the app so I have to stand in line and waste my lunch hour time. Please fix the app so I can order again
