As soon as I open it it says an error has occurred. When I try to put in my ED card number it says Passenger card name match exception Edvard and then my ED card number

I cannot make changes to my flight information. It currently has the 2021 information, and will not allow any changes for this year's flight. I hav already tried making the changes as on the app, but it does not save them.
