3 years agoI was charged $75 on 2/13/21 when retrieving my ED card from Aruba website. I had my pcr Covid test results, but your system would not allow me to move forward with only the $30 insurance fee without paying $75 also. I spoke with a lady at the airport who informed me that I would be receiving a refund. As of yet, I have not received it.

I come to Aruba often. It is impossible to delete info and your registered ED Card from previous visit. I need another test and register my new card and cannot delete my prior one. Also, when you try to register ED Card after government working hours, it gives you error. It is just “Error”. No information of what kind of error, what to do, etc. Finally, I was able to do it in the morning of next day but it was insane.

I successfully added the app and my information yesterday and today it is nowhere to be found. When my husband added the app and entered his ED number the system told him his number was wrong. I searched high and low and finally found a phone number and was told the app is broken and they can’t do anything about it. Pretty worthless if you ask me!

No contact information for help. When I enter my ED number and name as an user and it tells me it doesn’t match records. When I finally found a number to call they just said “the app doesn’t work” really? That’s the whole reason I’m calling for what. What are my other options “we don’t know” very frustrating
