I am just reporting this app barely works. It freezes up almost instantly when trying to fill anything out or respond to recruiter messages. I have not been able to conolete my profile not respond to job offers. I've never seen a professional application so inefficient and unreliable. The idea is fantastic, the execution unfortunately is almost unusable.

Cannot open Vivian app for a few weeks! Tried uninstall and install back 3x with no success.

Close and restart the Vivian app on iPhone
Update Vivian app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Vivian iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Vivian on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Vivian network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Vivian Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Vivian not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Vivian App
1. On android, goto Settings » Vivian » click [Force Stop]

Update Vivian to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Vivian App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Vivian » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Vivian.

Fix Vivian unable to contact server/ Vivian internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Vivian » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Vivian » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Vivian
