Every QR code I scan from my phone says "Not Verified", but the same QR code scans properly with the app on another device.

To resolve SMART Health Card Verifier network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the SMART Health Card Verifier App
1. On android, goto Settings » SMART Health Card Verifier » click [Force Stop]

Clear SMART Health Card Verifier App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SMART Health Card Verifier » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SMART Health Card Verifier.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SMART Health Card Verifier » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SMART Health Card Verifier » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SMART Health Card Verifier
