JPay Status

I tried to pay off my Grandson’s restitution on 9/30/23. I was messaged that I can only pay $300 of it and the balance in 3 days. I tried in 5&6 days to pay the balance and couldn’t get processed for 10 days with a code (SM030). Why can’t I pay the balance?

I found my son through the search engine and completed registration. I tried to send money but it gave me a notice. "Your Jpay account must EXACTLY match the DOC's Approved Visitors List. Please update your jpay profile to match". (I did this) Not sure what to do, can you lead me in the right direction? Thank you Edna Vossler 409-750-3839

Home page would not load completely. Page did show login button. I forced a log in and got to main page. The email box was empty. It usually has inbox and sent tally. When I clicked on the email box a text box opens saying "Email is now eMessaging and only available through Securus Technologies, the parent company of JPay." Under this is a message saying: Learn More and Enroll. When I click on this it clears off these text boxes and just brings me back to the home page. Dead circle.

I have not been able to sign into Jpay through the App in months. I continually receive error messages. Todays was to check my network connection SL001. It’s very annoying. I even started this new account on gmail as opposed to my previous joannsd1@redacted

jpay is saying im not a approved visitor. i need to change how my name is set up on the app i thinking that might help. but its not giving me the option to change my name i need help

can't send money through jpay but can buy stamps with the same card. I have checked the bank and they checked the card and all ok. Tried to ring them and what a nightmare I don't have a 5 number zip code I'm in the UK.

I am an approved visitor thru FL DOC and I keep receiving an error SM030. I’ve called and called and got told my account was “flagged for fraud” but I have ALWAYS used the same card. It was never an issue until recently. This is ridiculous. How else am I supposed to fund my husband?? This is ridiculous

I have tried sending $$$ to an incarcerated person’s account about 10-15 times. Every time I receive a SM030 error message. So, tried sending to another incarcerated friend’s account and received the same SM030 error. How can I send $$$? Please advise.

I have been sending emails and stamps to my son for over a month and he can't get jpay to work for him. I called the prison, and he is not on any restriction they told me to send a message to y'all to fix the problem.

I have had a problem all day . I have contacted you many times and it’s still not fixed. I need to add money to an account. Im an approved visitor. Was able to send money yesterday. But all day today I haven’t been able to send anything! Please fix this or give me some kind of answer. It’s also NOT my bank. I confirmed with them earlier!!

Very confused. Been using jpay for a long time no problems,now when I try to send funds tells me not on visitation approved list SM030. The visitation form from emails applies to visitors and cash etc. I SEND funds using jpay. Need help ,did finally get response but they fix video ,problem not with video trying to send money to my son.
