QVC Status

I have not been able to access the QVC app on my android nor on my laptop. The message I receive on the android states there's no connection, try again. The message on the laptop says, QVC is not available at this time and provides customer service numbers. This has been happening for weeks now. I had to do a workaround to even pay my account with them. Tried calling but the phone lines are overwhelmed I suspect because of Black Friday and probably customers like me who are having the same issues.

It only shows the item currently on air with a circular arrow like it is trying to load.

After I place an order the app will not change when I press continue shopping…it freezes and I have to turn the phone off to make the app return to the home page

Screen freezes after I make a purchase and it doesn’t allow me to return to continue shopping.

App keeps closing …It has been happening for weeks!!

App keeps kicking me out when looking at an item. Installed new update but that has not helped. This has been happening for weeks. QVC needs to fix this.

My QVC app keeps kicking me out while trying to view items for possible purchases. This has been going on for weeks. I’ve never had this issue before.

QVC app kicks me off after a few minutes. It closes and I have to open it again and then it happens again! I can’t get any browsing or easy buying done. How frustrating!

I’m trying to navigate time and while searching the app closes down

Having trouble now for the last 3 weeks - I cannot log out on QVC on my computer. I have called several times and the first time they said QVC was having problems give it a couple of days - still does it - then I called again - told me to reboot my computer - I did - still dont work. I do not like leaving my information out their for hackers. Plus when I want to put items in my cart to order several things at once it will not let me gives me the number for customer service. I order alot from QVC this is making me not order!!!

When I click on account status it takes me to the meat and poultry page

Order status will not load on my iPad but is ok on my iPhone .. I’ve turned my iPad off /on and still won’t load order status .. everything else works

I am getting nothing but the run around on an order I have placed. This is coming from your customer service. Please I would like to talk someone who could help me but not your cust service because I have been down that road with zero results.

The QVC app will not down load on my android. It says it will download shortly. It has been weeks and I have tried numerous times.

Got new phone. QVC app no longer recognizes my login. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Force stop. Upgraded my browser. Made sure on latest version of app. Nothing works. Cleared cookies/cache.

My qvc app on my iPhone no longer recognizes my email and password. I’ve deleted app and reinstalled, cleared cookies/history, rebooted phone, changed password etc. FRUSTRATING!!!

I reported my problem to customer service yesterday. The app won’t let me log in. It no longer recognizes my information. I tried resetting the app several times but the problem persists.

Your app fails me regularly on iOS Frustrating.

Why is your app still crashing? I've tried your troubleshooting and it doesn't work. I can only use a browser and that's so slow to load I lost two items. Fix it!!!!

I have been trying to get the qvc/hsn app to work for several mo this. 4 firestick on four different tvs. It keeps saying that it looks like we have a problem I have deleted the app downloaded and installed it again without any joy. Solution I just killed my VPN software and now qvc works

Every time I log in to my QVC app and click on something it crashes and gives me an error and puts me back to the login screen. I can log in to find on my internet browser and did an order on there but the app will not work. It is always worked before this is just today
