I'm confused. the calorie calculator doesn't work. Today, I have recorded 322+301+377 (1000) calories but the App tells me that I've consumed 1848 calories. Is OMO App supposed to make calorie counting easy?

How to fix Omo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Omo app on iPhone
Update Omo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Omo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Omo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Omo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Omo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Omo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Omo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Omo » click [Force Stop]

Update Omo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Omo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Omo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Omo.

Fix Omo unable to contact server/ Omo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Omo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Omo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Omo
