WHY AM I REQUIRED TO FILL OUT CC INFO TO SIMPLY ASK A QUESTION? I don’t care that it is refunded, I don’t understand why you need this info?

Dear Sir / Madam Am Phoebe Mwangangi from Kenya. I placed my order for weight reduction product fon 3rd and 4th March 2024 for 52 Dollars which is Ksh 7432 and the money was deducted from my account plus Ksh 2800 which I didn't understand what it was made for. Additionaly I haven't received any communication comcerning either on the product or on the money. Kindly guide me what to do urgently because I feel frustrated.

I was charged but didn't purchase anything

I subscribe to free trial 7 days and after that they charged me without my knowledge kindly refund my money and don't charge me again

Total scam took out a 7 day trial at 50p then they took £79.85 out of my bank account which I DID NOT authorise now I can’t get refunded. I requested refund and they refunded the 50p and not the £79 I am furious. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

I took out on a trial. I am struggling to logon to your website to cancel the subscription that I have appeared to have taken out. I dont want you to take any money out of my account and IF YOU DO I WANT IT TO BE REFUNDED. Your total fraudsters.

I have been charged on my credited card for several months now and have not used your program. Not sure how I got signed up for your program. But I don't need nor want. Please take me off this billing. I have tried to contact you several times. To speak to someone, I am not paying a customer service rep to do their job. I cancelled this app shortly after the trial subscription began. It is not an app I can use. I misunderstood what it provides. I do not want to lose weight. I have been billed twice after I cancelled. I have contacted my credit card provider and registered a dispute. I will not authorize any further payments to Omo or any of its subsidiary companies.

TOTAL FRAUD!!! I authorized a $3 trial and then, I was refunded $3 and I was charged $79.20. I emailed and they refuse to refund and offered me a lifetime membership. They said they cannot process a refund even though they just refunded me $3. THIS IS STEALING FROM PEOPLE

I paid through the site for 15.19 and now the app wants me to pay again?

Cannot login . Tells me it does not recognize email. I have already paid so fix or refund please.

I took your plan for one week would you charge me I cannot get into the app it’s pissing me off and then you turn around and charge me over $60 to my credit card. I cancelled this subscription the day I got it and now just got billed for 5 months and there is no contact number

I changed my mind about this program and don't want to continue. When I followed the instructions for cancelling, I was advised that you didn't recognize my email address (even though I got an email from you which is how I got directions on cancelling). I could not log in and go to settings and then subscriptions to cancel. Please advise on what I need to do to cancel this subscription. Thank you.

I cancelled my Noom membership and the Omo software within a few days of purchase. However still being charged 53.19 for renewal. I have deleted this app from my iPhone, so please cancel and refund 53.19 to my credit card. Thank you!

Last year I got this app and it said it was free but why am I being charged. Never used it and I deleted the app and unsubscribe it. So why am I charged. This is mistake and I want my money back.

I SIGNED UP FOR OMO WITH THE UNDERSTANDING I WOULD PAY 11.99 PER MONTH. I WAS JUST CHARGED 11.99 AND 30.99 WITH THE LATTER BEING A "RENEWAL FEE." I HAVE HAD NO CONTACT OR SUPPORT FROM ANYONE.
