I signed up for OMO 9/27/24 online, try as I may, I couldn't even figure out the app, ok I am 65 so I am not app savy.,sooo Yeah I was never able to even SIGN IN! I have been sending messages almost daily i want september and october and now November back, since I have been waiting for someone to help eve sign in and use this damn thing. I placed my order for weight reduction product fon 3rd and 4th March 2024 for 52 Dollars which is Ksh 7432 and the money was deducted from my account plus Ksh 2800 which I didn't understand what it was made for. Total scam took out a 7 day trial at 50p then they took £79.85 out of my bank account which I DID NOT authorise now I can’t get refunded. I requested refund and they refunded the 50p and not the £79 I am furious. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

I cancelled this app shortly after the trial subscription began. It is not an app I can use. I misunderstood what it provides. I do not want to lose weight. I have been billed twice after I cancelled. I have contacted my credit card provider and registered a dispute. I will not authorize any further payments to Omo or any of its subsidiary companies.
TOTAL FRAUD!!! I authorized a $3 trial and then, I was refunded $3 and I was charged $79.20. I emailed and they refuse to refund and offered me a lifetime membership. They said they cannot process a refund even though they just refunded me $3. THIS IS STEALING FROM PEOPLE

I took your plan for one week would you charge me I cannot get into the app it’s pissing me off and then you turn around and charge me over $60 to my credit card. I changed my mind about this program and don't want to continue. When I followed the instructions for cancelling, I was advised that you didn't recognize my email address (even though I got an email from you which is how I got directions on cancelling). Losing weight is not the only thing people want. I need to gain weight and this app looks amazing but I can’t use it because my goal is not to los weight or maintain my weight. Add a gain weight feature and I’ll consider getting this app, and I’ll change my review.
