Right track is not showing up all my trips how can I fix this

The mobile app will not work. It keeps giving me a message: "Our system is currently experiencingtechnical difficulties. Please try to log in again. I have deleted and reinstalled, rebooted phone.... same result. Please advise.

When I have bill from Liberty Mutual my email works fine when I tried to re-regester my email dosen’t seem to work .Why is that ?? I feel I’m being over chearged with their late fees. I been a customer for over 30 years
