My weatherzone app will not run the radar, it opens, starts and then stops, it also goes to a black background, it appears to be working on my wifes phone. I have uninstalled and re installed without any better result. It is on a Samsung android A13
I am unable to access any of the usual information 7 days ahead, next 24 hours ,warnings, other locations Can only access main screen with current weather for my location
Weatherzone constantly reloading non stop. I deleted the app due to other issues (now fixed) but since reinstalling the this constant reloading has occurred
I have a subscription to Weatherzone +. Have just purchased an iphone 14, my weather zone app when i click on it just returns me to the app and won't open it. I have tried deleting an reloading the app, but to no avail.
The current (and the feels-like) temperature for my location has stopped displaying. What could be happening?
I have installed and uninstalled the app several times on my android. I install and set location - at the bottom of the page there are three options- open; uninstall and force stop. If I press open - absolutely nothing happens If I press force stop it stops If I press uninstall it uninstalls. The button that I really need to work is the one that says open - unless there is another way to get to the app to open?. It's really annoying - I used to be the number one fan of weather zone - you can't be a fan if it doesn't open! The only button that really works is uninstall!!

The local radar isnt working on my phone or my husbands phone on the weatherzone app. Why is this?
I have uninstalled and re installed the app and gone through the process of using it but cannot move on from the last page...very annoying
