Breeze airlines App is a farce. I have tried untold number of times to change the date of our flight or cancel it due to my husband having a bad case of Covid. I have emailed their “customer service”. No response. We have flown this airline in the past but will NEVER fly it again. Their “customer service” does not exist. Fly at your own risk. I am going to refer the issue to the attorney general’s office. I don’t know what else I can do.

I am trying to reach tech support. I am trying to select seats for an upcoming flight. The system is not allowing me and is giving me a message that only the person that can make the edit is the person making the confirmation.....that is me! We flew w ith you on may 4 2023 from Vero Beach to White Plains NY. very nice flight. we want to fly back to Vero Beach on Nov. 4 2023 and we were told that was to far out to book a flight, so we booked a flight on a sooner date. now we can not get to someone who can help us. we have paid a lot of money already for a return flite and please help.

First used Breeze several months ago. Flight got canceled. Gave 'em one more chance, trying to book a flight from Tampa to Huntsville and back. Web site repeatedly changed our return to outbound. Found a work-around, only to find that my return bags were on the outbound flight. Tried on-and-off for two days, each time with a similar error. Found a phone number - just a bunch of dial-arounds. DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE.

You’re contact ways are ridiculous. You cancel flights whenever, delay flight whenever, put people out unnecessarily, leave people stranded and don’t have direct contact available for questioning or solutions, what kind of airline are you?

I have been trying to book a round trip flight for a family of four from CAK to TPA on the 24th of March, returning on April 3rd. On making the reservation a few minutes ago, the web site showed no area to make the person flying is my spouse/wife, the web site only would put my name as the person flying. BEWARE....Nov. 28th, 2021. OKC to SAT. This poor little under staffed startup really needs some help. 1st who ever heard of an airline without a customer service phone number. This just tells you up front that they expect problems and do NOT intend to address them or help their customers. On the good side it's CHEAP, so you get what you pay for as they say. This outfit lost 4 different customers bags on a direct flight from OKC to SAT. I know right, wtf. Then you have to fill out your own paper claim, then they never contact you. My bag and contents value...probably like most around a thousand dollars. Take a 80 dollar flight, and it cost you 1000 dollars. WOW! Everyone beware.

Hello, Our family arrived for a flight 8/13 from Providence to Norfolk. We were told the flight was delayed multiple times and eventually the flight was schedule about 7 hours later. The person at the desk was not helpful other than to offer a flight 2 days later but that was not acceptable and since we had a special needs child with us we opted to leave. I am not very good at technical things so I was not sure what else to do. I could not find a phone number to call either. We had booked this flight at AAA with our Travel Agent but she just used the website to book it so she is not able to request anything for us either. So, just checking on two bookings I made for friends in August and September only to find that departure times changed drastically on both flights. One changed from 9:30pm to 12:30pm and the other changed from 4:16pm to 7:am. On top of it neither myself or my guest were notified of the changes. This is unacceptable and will be the last time I take this kind of risk. May have to cancel both flights and book with different airline.

Incorrect information

So I got on the app to check our flight time and it said we were flying July 29. I knew I had mad the reservation for July 30th. After trying to find a phone number for Breeze and searching for the correct information online - and I could never find it. I canceled our flights for my daughter’s 21st birthday. Only to receive an email that said they were sorry to see us go and not fly with them on July 30th. The app had our information displayed incorrectly and I could not get any help. I hope my rebooking later this year turns out better than this attempt

App needs serious work

App looks nice but is slow to load and prompts a weird sign-in process each time the app is opened. None of the buttons along the bottom or from the drop down menu seemed to work or were frozen. I got my 500 points for downloading the app but won’t be using the app for now. I’ll check back closer to the flight I just booked for the summer.

Crashes at login

I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled, restarted my phone iPhone 12 with current software), and every time I click log in, the app goes to “Contact Information” and freezes. Also, when trying to submit this review, it has failed because apparently after my fifth try, every nickname is taken (including “this nickname”).
