When I try to book it says no flights available at this time, and when I try to select a date for a flight it says please select destination.
App doesn’t work, hasn’t for 2 months now.
I’m using an iPhone 12 Pro, just in case it’s a hardware issue.

Unable to use BreezeAirways as it freezes immediately upon logging in. Suppose I could login via my MacBook; however, that defeats the purpose. For someone who does not travel with a laptop, this is a pretty big inconvenience. We fly frequently and this hassle is not worthy of the perks of flying out of this airport vs LGA/JFK.

App looks nice but is slow to load and prompts a weird sign-in process each time BreezeAirways is opened. None of the buttons along the bottom or from the drop down menu seemed to work or were frozen. I got my 500 points for downloading BreezeAirways but won’t be using BreezeAirways for now. I’ll check back closer to the flight I just booked for the summer.

I’ve deleted BreezeAirways , reinstalled, restarted my phone iPhone 12 with current software), and every time I click log in, BreezeAirways goes to “Contact Information” and freezes. Also, when trying to submit this review, it has failed because apparently after my fifth try, every nickname is taken (including “this nickname”).

BreezeAirways does not work very well so far. Just booked our first flight with breeze from syr to Vegas. After downloading BreezeAirways and making a log in, I’m stuck on a contact info screen that will not go away. I even tried deleting BreezeAirways and reinstalling. High hopes for the future of BreezeAirways!!

BreezeAirways literally cannot even be used. When you open it for the first time it auto prompts a log in and takes you to a screen that says “contact information” but the page is completely blank and has no way to exit it. Closing and reopening BreezeAirways , as well as deleting and opening BreezeAirways do NOT fix it.

BreezeAirways uses web views for almost everything. I’m logged in on web and can view my flights but keep getting prompted to reenter all my personal info when I try to auth on BreezeAirways . This also creates an infinite loop if you’re stuck partially authed because the web view is using a cookie or something. Pretty awful experience.

So I got on BreezeAirways to check our flight time and it said we were flying July 29. I knew I had mad the reservation for July 30th. After trying to find a phone number for Breeze and searching for the correct information online - and I could never find it. I canceled our flights for my daughter’s 21st birthday. Only to receive an email that said they were sorry to see us go and not fly with them on July 30th. BreezeAirways had our information displayed incorrectly and I could not get any help. I hope my rebooking later this year turns out better than this attempt

It took me nearly 10 minutes to find simple flight info about my upcoming trip: length of flight, info on return flight. Who designed BreezeAirways? Definitely not JetBlue LOL

I’d love to book a flight with Breeze, but every time I download BreezeAirways (3x now), it freezes on a blank Contact Information page I can’t do anything with which means I can’t book a flight. Hopefully using the website on my laptop gets me somewhere because BreezeAirways isn’t.

BreezeAirways crashes constantly despite my phone being fully up to date. It also takes a long time to load. For an airline that calls themselves “technology-focused,” BreezeAirways needs some work.

Decently put together app aside for some obvious misses like no Apple Wallet support. I’m sure this and other obvious features are in the pipeline. Also some minor UI annoyances like how the status bar in iOS looks with no background between it and the content. It’s also painfully obvious that the UI is not written natively. Even on an iPhone 12 UI elements still aren’t perfectly smooth.

Fantastic app! Easy to navigate and best of all low fares! I’ve been waiting on the release of this airline for years! The founder of JetBlue has had this in the works and it’s finally here. $78 RT flights and non-stop destinations. I’m excited to see the network grow to include more destinations!
