So far this company/ app is amazing. I’ve already worked my way up to Plus V.I.P and every single time I place an order they pamper me with free gifts. Shipping doesn’t take a long time at all compared to other companies. UNice is easy to navigate. And the quality of the hair they sell is up to par and then some with the pricing. Every time I click on a wig, it takes 5 min to load the page. It wouldn’t allow me to get a nice wig that was on sale for a limited time flash deal because it wouldn’t load and the time ran out. So frustrating knowing I could’ve saved $60 on a wig but i couldn’t because UNice wasn’t functioning correctly. On top of that when i scroll looking for hair it randomly brings me back to the top of the page. I could be scrolling for 10 min and then randomly it will take me back to the top which is so annoying.

I purchased my wig on the 16th of March 2022. I paid the extra $20 for express shipping. Going into UNice I learned that express shipping for this company is 1-2 shipping days. Ok it is now the 21st of March and I still can not track my order. I have tried to reach out the the message system they have set up in UNice and I get zero response I also tried email still nothing. So then I go back into UNice and learn that they use all other app to communicate trough so I try this and still nothing. I guess if I don’t hear back from them by morning I will just cancel and go to LUVME hair.

Ive shared two different wigs on UNice to get the cut for free and i had over 100 people click the link and view but yet i still haven’t seen a difference on UNice to say i made progress at all im disappointed i just wanted to get a wig before my baby comes in the end of November if the site just wanted promotion they should have said that instead of claiming you will get a wig off a certain amount of people that click the link , if i can get a wig for free before my baby comes that will be great it would be one less thing i have to worry about

I hope it’s a great purchase. After reading all the reviews I was convinced. I’ve never worn a wig and have only had a weave 2x in my life and each time I’ve haven’t kept it in pass 3 days. I’ve spent close to $1200 for the 2x I did it.
I’m older now and my hair is thinning. I wanted something natural to my own texture and chose the wavy - 20in. I hope it’s my style and I wear it well just as all the ladies on the reviews!

I ordered a curly wig from this app, then waited a week for it to arrive. I then reached out to this app only for them to tell me the hair was out of stock. But they do that alot! if the hair is out of stock you should put that on your website or at least reach out to let somebody know! Then They offer you hair that doesn’t even amount to what you ordered as gifts then they will finally offer you a refund. The wigs are cute overall but don’t really last long in my opinion

They barely take the price down during the promotion and the Black Friday promo where the wigs are super cheap is a SCAMMMMMMM. I was clicking long before the timer was up. As soon as the clock hits the hour it’s sold out. There’s no way to click before then either. I think they put it up to bait people in because I saw that same wig with the official price still up so they ain’t SOLD OUT. Also with the free spins you NEVER GET FREE HAIR. It’s always those stupid lashes or bonnet and you can’t even get it without buying something first. this app? MORE LIKE NICE TRY.

I am always appreciative of reviews especially when shopping for a product. On some of the wigs, there are clearly other pictures used from different wigs (when you look at color and closure vs. frontal). Also there were a few wigs I wanted that said they were in stock, however were sold out.

Your only two options shouldn’t be creating an account that can possibly check your credit and forces you to pay in installments and will absolutely not let you pay the full amount of something over “their limit” or using PayPal.

My 3rd unit from them. The hair is soft and very manageable. Does shed a little but not enough to stop me from purchasing their units. I used to shop luvme hair but the quality changed tremendously. I pray that this app continue to provide this great quality of hair.

I see the same wig with different prices, and I am confused by why that is. Makes me a little skeptical about the site. I purchased a beginners V part wig. It didn’t give me an option for a head size. So I pray this wig isn’t to big for my head. I am not a wig wearer, this is my first time. I am crossing my fingers!

The quality of the hair is good for the price. I wish that the density in the units was more than 150. In addition, when they have promotions for free hair UNice doesn’t work properly, your sending it to friends but it doesn’t register on your behalf they’re just getting free recommendations and you get nothing.

I first start purchasing this app hair my junior year of highschool in 2016. Back then the prices was very very cheap for such good hair. I wore this hair for my 20th birthday. My highschool graduation, lunch & prom and never was disappointed. Ordered a few more time my freshman and sophomore year of college. Their hair is GREAT !! I’m guessing since more people has started buying hair from their company their prices has risen but it’s still affordable. I love there hair and recommend it a lot to friends that need options. They’ve added a lot of more features to the website. Different grades of hair and 360 wigs.

Horrible company. I ordered 2 orders, one I canceled cause they said 2 to 4 weeks to get it, then I placed another order and 3 days later still hasn't even processed my order. I have tried numerous ways of contacting them, it always takes them super long to get back and there's always an excuse why my order hasn't shipped. So frustrating. I don't understand how anyone wants to shop with them. Horrible experience. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I also ordered from uprettty and it took 1 day to process and ship and I will be receiving it in 4 days total. So this is not acceptable from unice. Twice they told me my order can't ship for weeks. This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with.

There should be an option to rate them with no stars at all. I paid over $500 for two wigs that were total garbage. I am very good with wigs. I have some that I have had 15 years. These are garbage. They matte up in less than an hour. Completely unwearable. The hair is dry like a synthetic wig that you wear once for a Halloween Costume. The Vendor reached out and asked that I send photos. Then I didn’t hear from them. I checked today and my review has been removed and the account has been blocked from posting any further reviews. Now this have happened with 2 wigs not just one. I deep conditioned them several times. I have used applied 4 different high end moisturizers on each occasion and nothing works. I put one on to take my daughter to school & come right back home (45 min round trip) and the blonde wig was matted so bad I had to take it off in the car because I looked better with it off than I did with it on. I’m passed and I’m posting reviews on every site I can find so others can be warned not to fall for this scam.

I Was not sure what hair to get based on other reviews. But I actually like my unit. The hair is soft and easy to manage. I did a little styling, and the hair can hold curls well. Will try another body wave unit.

The hair is not bad actually, the hair holds curls well and little shedding. And I bought the unice vpart wig, super convenient to wear, such a lifesaver! especially for someone like me tired to do the lace work.

Firstly I was afraid of ordering from them seeing some mixed reviews, but the hair is not bad. I ordered hd 5×5 natural black wig, the hair is soft and shed a little. The shipping was beyond my expectation, it only took two days to deliver.

Ordered 2 months ago thru sizzle never received verified via ups sizzle nor unice will refund my money latest email from Unice:dear, so sorry for it we have contact with the shipping company, but they do not do any we send the package to u, and the shipping company lost the package, both of us suffer the damage, 30% refund is the most what we can do or we could apply to our manage to send u a teh link wig of 16 inchs, AAVHDWGA2-0BW-N-16 plz consider

They are scammers, the website is fake, they write fake reviews to boost their rating, they always say they have shipping problems or the item is out of stock. If you ask for a refund they hang up and block you. Contact your bank and file a dispute you will never get your products or help because it is not a legitimate company!!!

The customer service that I have received from Unice Hair has been horrible. I purchased hair from this company on April 23rd. Their website said you should receive shipment within 3 to 10 business days. A week went by after I made my purchase and I never received a tracking number. I reached out to Unice support by email and never heard back. Then I downloaded the whatsapp to speak with someone for them to tell me the order was behind and also that the satin cap I got with my order was out of stock. First of all if there was an issue with the order, why didn’t they contact me? It took me reaching out to them. And then she tells me the 14 inch is going to take more time even though the website said 3 to 10 business days. She offered me the 16 inch instead and said I had to pay for the difference. I should not have to pay for anything! This is their fault and lack of communication. Second she had the nerve to tell me I should chat with someone before making a purchase next time. If the item Is available to buy I shouldn’t have to “double check” with anyone. I didn’t appreciate that. Today is May 18th and the package was being held at the FedEx center because the package was empty. Unice hair sent out an empty and has refused to issue me a refund. They continuously tell me to wait till I get the package but the box was empty. There was no hair in the box when it arrived to FedEx. They wanted to set me up. I hope this story will steer people away from doing business with a company like this. I’ve been out over $100 for over a month. I will never buy from this company again.
