Pretty disappointed in the customer service. The clothes are good for the price. Shipping times for preorders has been way off to where we got our holiday items only maybe a week before the holiday giving very little time to wear. I understand those things happen but the response given from the company to the problem was more or less deal with it. I bought over $100 worth of a certain pattern/print for my husband, daughter, and I to wear on thanksgiving and I still have not received one of the items a week after thanksgiving, it was accidentally shipped to the wrong person, which again I understand things happen but there was no communication from the company until I reached out. Still waiting update. Just disappointed in the customer service. And while the keep saying they are so busy and can’t catch up they still keep offering more preorders instead of stopping for a week or so to catch up with what they have and figure out the problems going on right now.
