How to fix Suite app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Suite app on iPhone
Update Suite app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Suite iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Suite on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Suite network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Suite not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Suite app issues:

Force Stop the Suite App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Suite app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Suite to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Suite App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Suite app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Suite.

Fix Suite unable to contact server/ Suite internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Suite » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Suite » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Suite on android.
