Close and restart the REEF app on iPhone
Update REEF app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall REEF iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix REEF on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve REEF network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent REEF app issues:

Force Stop the REEF App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click REEF app. » click "Force Stop".

Update REEF to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear REEF App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "REEF app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch REEF.

Fix REEF unable to contact server/ REEF internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click REEF » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got REEF » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch REEF on android.
