The app has been trying to load on my android from Play Store for almost 24 hours.

I use the app every work day. I used it this morning, but when I tried again, I got a "forbidden" error. No matter what I do, I get that same error. Please help.

I have tried several times to connect to the app, through my cell phone and my desktop computer but it keeps throwing a problem that says; "Error server". Unfortunately I can not keep trying all night to connect to pay for parking. Best regards

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Park app issues:

Force Stop the Park App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Park app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Park to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Park App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Park app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Park.

Fix Park unable to contact server/ Park internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Park » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Park » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Park on android.
