2 years agoI wanted to find a way to pay for a weekly pass or a monthly pass but there is no easy way to access those services. The lot I park in to work on the building the parking lot serves says it costs $4.00 but using the app reef it costs $10.50 a day.

2 years agoI booked parking at an oilers game and was charged on my credit card before the site said that the lot was full? I ended up having to book parking at another lot. Now I still have both charges on my credit card??

2 years agoI did not get a QR code to enter the lot before a oilers game. I paid twice to get one spot! This is a fraudulent company and site! Do not use!

2 years agoI was very disappointed in your service. I had booked a spot to park because I knew I was going to be late to the Oilers game. When I got there the attendant checked me in. But when I went to park there were no spots left. I drove around for at least 10 minutes looking for an available spot. The sign was flashing that there were 4 left. I ended up parking in a Tesla charging spot. I wasn't the only one - there was another couple driving around looking for a spot as well. Didn't save me anytime at all - I could have parked elsewhere and walked to the arena faster.

2 years agoI paid for parking and have a mobile receipt to prove it but I was in a hire car and accidently made an error on one letter of the reg. The reg is YM21XJU but I put in YM21YJU. I do have health issues which make remembering a reg number difficult. As I have contacted you on the day it happened, I am really hoping you can help without a hefty penalty fine. 3 years agoI park at the Pacific Medical Center Parking lot daily. 1200 12th Ave S Seattle, WA 98144. I cannot get into your system today to pay for my parking. My licence number is YAT334. I have no idea what to do now. I am at work I do not want a ticket. Your app on my phone is useless-it keeps saying there is a network failure.

Ticketed even though I paid
This has to be one of the biggest scam apps out there. I park in a lot that has this app controlling the usage. I download the app, I put in my information, I pay for my time and then I walk away. I come back and there’s a ticket. A ticket for $50. I contact support, try to get it worked out but all I get is “Sorry we can’t help you. You have to take it up with Lanier Parking.” Which by the way is APART of the Reef Network. So I pay $10 to park THEN get a ticket for a place I already paid for, and I’m forced to pay $50 in citation. This is one of the biggest scams I have come across. Not to mention the horrible customer service. Don’t park anywhere that says Reef and if you do, be wary that you may still get a ticket and their support won’t do anything about it. Time for me to talk to my lawyer.

Can’t pay for multiple vehicles; prices don’t match signage
Had to use this app when parking my vehicles in a nearby lot while my home garage was being cleaned. I needed to park my car and moto but it only supports one vehicle in a lot at a time!? Why??? The prices in app didn’t match the signage in the lot — it was much higher and no ability to pay for the whole day, just hourly. Maybe the lot’s fault, but at the end of the day I’m still annoyed regardless of who is at fault. Finally I tried to call customer service for a bug I was experiencing and no one picked up. There was no estimate for how long I’d wait. Or even if they were open. Totally frustrating. I just want to pay for parking!!! Just feels like a trick.

Got a multiple tickets because of this app
I highly do not recommend this app. It often froze up when I went to click extend parking and then would appear to have processed the extension but actually didn’t. In my area, the parking is $9 a day and for more than two hours in the app, it’s $9.35 - so but if you chose the wrong random time for that $9.35 and it froze while you were extending the parking - you'd get a $44-$88 ticket. I had thought I was being responsible during COVID but turns out it would have been more responsible to use the meters while I had to work. TLDR: the app is unreliable and even when you pay for all-day parking by the parking lot price, you are not actually paying for all-day parking.
