Tracking is glitchy, with the detected buses blinking sporadically, and occasionally—albeit frequently—won't properly update positional changes, holding the marker in place until I close and re-open the app.
Cant log in. Error message as follows- unable to connect/apply query to database
My app won’t let me login. I’ve tried both kids information. Nothing works
When I try to access my favorite routes while using MyStop on my iPhone or iPad and I'm outside the app does not engage. I have my data switched on; and a wheel appears on the screen and it just spins. Also, the app no longer counts down the minutes until the next bus is expected to arrive at the stop. I am in Johnstown, PA and our transit authority is called CamTran. Thank you for any assistance you can give to me.
