AAA Status

I have AAA membership, auto and rental insurance. My insurance information does not come up on the app. Please fix this. I am not a robot.

I have followed the directions to save a trip on TripTik, but its not saving. When I press the heart icon, it says no trips saved. The information in the Help section says to click the heart icon under the directions after you have mapped out your trip. There is no heart icon under the directions. Please advise.

I've tried to schedule towing from my apartment parking lot to a chosen transmission shop. The AAA iPhone app accepts my destination for pickup. Next step is to input destination. AAA app displays a bunch of useless information about recommended shops. When I fill in the address of the shop (destination for tow) and hit search, the app gets stuck and refuses to recognize the legitimate address I have typed into the search (destination) box. I have tried multiple times (at least ten). This is ridiculous. Please look into this problem. Logging out of the app and back in doesn't help; turning my phone off and on again doesn't help; checking for updates to the app shows I'm on the newest version; I've had to login on my desktop computer to get through and schedule. As I stated previously, this is ridiculous. Thanks, Matthew

App freezes at picture of car and road. Nothing on the screen at all. I tried uninstall/reinstall.

Your app is total garbage. It’s 2023 for heavens sake, I pay through the nose so I’m pretty sure you can afford IT people

I installed the auto club app to monitor my driving via the AAA OnBoard driving score. It is stuck. When I click on VIEW DETAILS, it directs me to choose "high accuracy" and to Open Settings and then goes to App info and never gets to my driving score. How do I get assistance?

Like Michele above, app shows main screen but will not pull up my insurance , keeps frozen on a loading screen. Ant solutions out there? I have deleted the app and reloaded it multiple times, same thing...

The AAA app is by far the worst app I have ever used, or should I say tried to use. It won't let you get past putting in my zip code that keeps saying is invalid. It did work months ago, sort of, but since the app needed to be updated it is useless. What is the problem AAA?

I can't get the App to give me any gas stations, prices or places near me.

Unable to update mobile app. It continues to state. "Try again" Therfore I'm unable to login to the app.

App is stuck in French. Cannot add a stop to the trip. Lost my original request. I reached out over the weekend, response promised by today. Not today.

downloaded AAA mobile app and cannot login even though I have an account. I have tried registering and just logging in, neither works. I get notice stating "no matching accounts found." This has been happening for a few weeks. Help would be greatly appreciated.

I can’t get my AAA membership card to display in the iphone app

AAA Drive does not record all trips. A couple days ago I drove downtown, visited a number of stores, then drove home. Total trip was about 35 miles. My dashboard only shows a small segment of my journey, started in the middle of the last road I traveled. The app says I went 1.6 miles when I actually traveled over 35. And AAA warns me I am not traveling enough to get a safe driver discount! If you do not accurately record my travel, you have a very poor idea of how often I travel. Seems to be more of a scam rather than a valid program. If the system only samples my travel rather than all of it, how can you base participation on a minimum number of miles traveled?
