Can't figure out how to obtain push notifications rather than emails for service alerts.
I downloaded the app and then went to my email for the validation code, but when I went back to the app, there was no place to enter the validation code. Extremely frustrated. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, etc and nothing worked.
Unable to authenticate device and unable to connect to server
The app said it needs to update. When I try on my android phone it says "something went wrong, try again". I have tried multiple times. I cleared my app cache. Same result. I uninstalled the app. When I try to reinstall it says "something went wrong, try again" Now what?
Not able to login. It says "We are unable to process the request". Tried everything..Uninstall, Install, clear cache etc...Nothing worked
NJ transit app wont let me set a password, I am entering it correctly with a capital letter, 8 characters, numeral, and symbol. I have tried 3 different passwords to no avail. Aaarrrgh!!!

For two days in a row, coming home on NJT, the ticket on my app stopped showing after boarding a train at my connection at secaucus, saying session data expired. It was working at secaucus, as I got through the turnstiles, but after boarding my Bergen line train, I got that message, and no ticket displaying. The same thing 2 days in a row! Very fortunately, I have extra tickets from my 20 pack due to vacation time so I was able to use an extra ticket, but I can't keep using two tickets to get home every day. This needs to be fixed! I have been using this for years, usually without issue (I recall there was a similar glitch a few months ago, that affected many, but then tickets didn't work at all). Please fix!
I had trouble accessing my Tickets on my trip to NYC and again back from NYC. I purchased my tickets on my phone app. I couldn't connect to internet. I used MTA (Long Island Railroad) App and had no trouble to or from Penn Station. The tickets activated just fine. This is not the first time this has happened. It seems to always happen on NJTransit. The ticket collector was very annoyed with me and no one at the NJ Transit information booth in Penn Station could help me at all. This is such a problem for me.

When I type in an address in trip planner, it always says "unable to resolve address." I have not encountered this problem before.
app keeps saying session expired, should log out and log in again but i am not logged in. cant access the account anymore
Keep getting error message unable to authenticate. I had an account on here 6 years ago and used to purchase tix all the time, but had no longer needed this app. App doesn’t recognize my email address so I am using same email address to create new account and I am unable to do so in hopes of buying tix for this weekend.

Have tried several tries to connect to server. Turned phone on and off, uninstalled & reinstalled app. Next best choice is to speak to NJT customer service at Newark Penn. it seems to be a common problem but there’s still a lot of work to be done. It’s a shame since they have Flexpass but only on the Mobile app.
