App is not loading

My app keeps flashing and won't let me click on it. It says for security purposes I have been logged out. I need this fix asap please

My screen flashes while it looks like two different notifications are flashing back and forth, one says you have been logged out for inactivity, and the other the sign in screen. I uninstalled the app, then reinstalled but it still does the same thing.

The app has been glitching for hours. I have uninstalled it twice now. I also restarted my phone. I just want to my balance.

When I try to pullup my dasherdirect app on my Iphone it says unable to install dasherdirect please try again later. this has been happening for while now. how do i fix this?

I am trying to change my email address on my DasherDirect card however every time I went to the new email address it says it’s another verification code that you love and I can enter the code to verify my email. However no code is ever sent my email I talk to Sam Boulder I checked all my bosses what is not being sent to my email and I tried by two email addresses that I use and neither one of them has gotten the verification email.

Yep me too. Error code 2032 and I never received my last dash money from tonight. Card is being declined everywhere. They say fraud but I know who the real Fraud is Door Dash. Get your call center out of India so we can understand people on the other end of the phone .

Error code 2032. Can log in but can't view anything after calling for support. Sat at a gas pump for over an hour. Got hung up on by alot of dasher direct team members. Told high call volume. Finally got through only to be told have to call back at 6am it was like 9pm when I started calling. Used card all day. Suddenly started declining is what started the whole issue. Soon as I got done dashing and cashed out to go home and get gas card just started declining. What the f@/k!! Had to call my dad on Father's day for money

Dash direct is not sending me a text to my phone

I received my card and am trying to create a account but I receive no verification code at all..the number matches my dasher account and I’ve check several things and restarted and my and deleted and reinstalled the app with no help at all..I have no idea what to do.

I am new to the dasher/ dasher direct app. My dasher account is established. I downloaded the dasher direct app and when I try to input my number for the verification process the code is never sent to my phone. When I click the resend code option, still nothing happens. I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times and nobody is helping me. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it still is not working. I confirmed that my phone number on the Dasher app is correct. If someone would get back to me with a resolution for this it would greatly be appreciated as I have exhausted all of my options. Thank you

After putting my email and password the login in button remains gray and not the usual red button that would allow me to login. It's not letting me login!

Starting in April the dasher app would not let me change my cell phone number. I had $109 on my original dash app. Then I signed up for the direct dash card , and when I tried to log in it said that my social was wrong . IKNOW MY SOCIAL. So it locked me out! And then I go on to the dasher acct and my money is gone! I’ve been calling dasher support and it’s a whole bunch of foreign people who pretty much listen to your problem tell you it’s fixed retry in 30 minutes. Just for it to be the same sh** . Then I had my boyfriend sign up for him. He was able to log in but when it came to trying to get gas , or cash back it declined with a 2032 code which is a FRAUD code… so now both of our money is floating around somewhere…. Just ridiculous. I’ve been dashing for years just for this . I’d rather get paid WEEKLY or pay the little $1.99 cash out fee . Doordash is failing and pissing off everyone. We almost got stranded at the gas station because our cards kept declining also asking for a pin that they never let us set…

Suddenly card declined..account said active for card status..then seconds after I call to see my account changes to error2032..my card is evidently been canceled and says I have virtual but can't access it till 6am.its midnight I need gas to get home..how in the fu$^ can whoever decide what happens to MY money.if there is such a fraud concern how come no one called or emailed me??? Just spoke to them dashersdirect, they said they are having an update on dashersdirect from 25th April, so It will take upto 5 business day to have the deposit in ur external acc.

I’ve made 2 transfers from dasher direct to my chase bank and I haven’t received either one. I’ve been on hold with dasher direct for 30 minutes.

I haven't been able to receive any money I have made through Doordash to dasher direct. I was able to use the money in there, but I can't see my transactions/activity on my card nor receive deposits. This is frustrating because I need to support myself and my partner. Please Doordash, get this fixed.

My dasher direct Visa was declined at the grocery store this is replacement card that I have used a couple times and it worked fine come to find out all of the error codes why it was declined was for fraud I need to have this unlocked so I can feed my family.

I had $10 on my Dasher Direct card, and then got an auto deposit from DoorDash for $43. I then went and got $25 in gas, and then went to make another purchase of $20, but was declined. When I went to look, I suddenly had $0 in my account. Where is the rest of my money?

Two separate transfers to my external account are lost somewhere. There is no hold on my external account, but the money is no longer in my dasher direct account.
