Hi I forgot my password for the lyft direct app and I can't change it with out my card info. I get a verification number sent to my email on ftle. And that's it. I just moved and the card is in a box. I need to get on the app to access recent payment information. Can I be verified a different way so I can access the app untill I locate the card??

I came here to see if everyone else is having the same problem: kept asking me to set up security questions, but would originally let me skip and come back to later. Eventually, later that same night, no longer let me skip, so I went ahead and set it up. But after I saved, it asked me again. And again. And again. Because it's a modal that takes over the whole screen, you can't do anything once it pops up, and it pops up the second you return to the main screen after saving the last attempt at setting it up. I've tried everything: different phone, reinstalls, cache cleaning, restarting, different order of all that stuff, and still caught in a loop for two days now. I'm caught in what seems like a permanent loop, and as of now, am effectively locked out of my Lyft Direct account ... because it won't let you do anything until you set it up ... again, and again, and again ... Called support (which was tricky to get ahold of, because support can only be found in the app I'm locked out of), and waited on the line for 30 minutes before a robomessage said "sorry we're busy call back later" and disconnected the call. The definition of fuming, man.
