I do not have a card I lost it in a fire a year ago I am at a temporary address while we rebuild

Hi I forgot my password for the lyft direct app and I can't change it with out my card info. I get a verification number sent to my email on ftle. And that's it. I just moved and the card is in a box. I need to get on the app to access recent payment information. Can I be verified a different way so... I have uninstalled and reinstalled the lyft direct app and I cannot log in... I open the app and it just scrolls and scrolls and scrolls And it never takes me to my available balance page

App is not working. You provide a help section for us to call only for the people that answer the phone to tell me that they can't help me. Fix the app and get better customer service agents that I can understand

I tried logging into Lyft Direct app to view available balance and the app keep cashing. I tried logging in multiple times. It's says my password is incorrect. I changed my password and it still says I cannot log in. Please help. I need to see my balance.

Fingerprint and autofill suddenly not working. App said password or email was wrong. It wasn't. I changed the password. Now it just flashes a lyft direct logo and returns to the log in screen when I try to log in. Please help.

I came here to see if everyone else is having the same problem: kept asking me to set up security questions, but would originally let me skip and come back to later. Eventually, later that same night, no longer let me skip, so I went ahead and set it up. But after I saved, it asked me again. And aga... Show more in. And again. Because it's a modal that takes over the whole screen, you can't do anything once it pops up, and it pops up the second you return to the main screen after saving the last attempt at setting it up. I've tried everything: different phone, reinstalls, cache cleaning, restarting, different order of all that stuff, and still caught in a loop for two days now. I'm caught in what seems like a permanent loop, and as of now, am effectively locked out of my Lyft Direct account ... because it won't let you do anything until you set it up ... again, and again, and again ... Called support (which was tricky to get ahold of, because support can only be found in the app I'm locked out of), and waited on the line for 30 minutes before a robomessage said "sorry we're busy call back later" and disconnected the call. The definition of fuming, man.

Lyft direct payments appear to be offline. Lyft app shows payments complete. Balance on Lyft direct hasn't changed to reflect earnings. Amount earned this week is nearly double what the balance on card is.
