App. Not showing data useage.
When I try to simply open my My account app, I see the bright yellow(green) for 1)2 a second before it goes right BK to my app drawer. I have done the uninstl/instl move, force stop- check, paused the app-check, re-started my phone, etc. I am NOT going to Hard Reboot my phone for a ST app.
Never been able to log in. I’ve been with ST for years. Never been able to use my reward points. This last time I was told that I can’t use my existing email acc. So I’ll need to start all new no roll over of reward points. Well new iPhone 14 new email new password yep you guessed it. Still can’t log into my account and have all access to the functionality of my account “ there words in the ads “ lies and promises but they have no problem collecting but they don’t feel they have to provide the devices we are all paying for. They are crooks. I know drug dealers that are more honest than ST. Then having to talk to a chief in India I’m getting dizzy cuz of the round and round where it stops no body knows .

Can’t log in .. says failed..been on the phone with u guys serval times with y’all saying it’s taken care of which it isn’t…weird that u guys can’t send me a email to verify…but can get email letting me know of rewards & thanks me for getting app …but can’t log in 🤔😏…u guys need to get it together…I was also told when they merged with Verizon is when things went south…so I doubt we’ll ever b able to get into our app…so I’m removing mine…the last time that I had talked with someone I was told they would call my landline (2xs) haven’t received a call yet

Our straighttalk with the International app loaded then Global credits added worked fine until we loaded more credits 4 days ago. When we loaded the new credits the International app stopped working. I have called three times and each time was told someone would get back to me. I chatted with a tech for an hour before he gave up and told me he needed to get a International calling tech to get in touch with me.
