SUPER DUPER!!

Very grateful for opportunities to make ends meet during difficult times. A lot of us in the world are definitely struggling I’m sure.. I myself have been struggling with my financial status. Door dash is really a great opportunity to catch up on bills or an avenue to save money if your 9-5 job barely covers your costs of living situations and bills etc. for anything really to reach a goal of buying a special thing you may have wanted without harming your budget. I think door dash is the all in all best go to versus other competitors considering all angles of precise app features and consistent steady flow of orders. I myself like sticking to same patterns and more in to the staying committed to anything I’m involved in.. rather than joining competition companies. Not to say anything negative about competitor companies. I also understand the struggle and people may need to test run any other opportunities out there to see what may work best for themselves. But from researching and asking questions to other drivers around the way from competition I myself like door dash and feel more comfortable with door dash as far as meals pick up and delivery service. All companies in my opinion are great because it helps the people of the community survive and provides a platform for everyone to take care of their families when in need of extra money to make ends meet. Very grateful and appreciative for door dash.

I’m love dashing.

I know I haven’t been dashing much but I had a death in my family and I can’t wait to start dashing again, being my own boss I just can’t take anything less than 2$ a mile because the gas prices have been ridiculous lately. I enjoy making my customers happy and making sure they know that I’m very grateful to them. I do everything as if it was my own and always keep them updated if it’s taking too long. I appreciate DoorDashing letting me work whenever I have the time. I would really like to do it at least 4-5 days a week and hopefully make some good tips. I want to get a unicorn 🦄🦄🦄 because on the Facebook dash page is really good and has taught me a lot. I love getting stacked orders and I would rather do it during the day because I can see where I’m going to because at night it’s really hard to try and see the #’s or the homes or apartments. But over all it’s been good to me so far and I can’t wait to get back out there and make it rain. I would highly recommend dashing to anyone. It’s fun, you can make good money and you can do it anytime you need to and the fact you can get paid right after is really nice. I like to stay super busy. Absolutely Amazing!

Doordash alone as a whole is such an amazing opportunity for all people who are willing to put in some work. Doordash is such an easy application to use and you can work on your own time! That is just mind blowing that you can choose your own hours, not only that but they also have a doordash direct deposit application that allows you to access your money instantly after completing a dash! They have direct deposit and the funds appear instantly. For all of those who are skeptical about how much doordash pays you and what the going rates are for completing deliveries. I can tell you from experience that doordash pays you outstandingly for the actual amount of work that you put in. I highly highly recommend people to give doordash a try if you are looking to make a couple extra bucks or even making it your day job! It works for every and any situation. I love DasherDirectByPayfare and I will constantly doordash on my free time it is just too good of an opportunity and honestly is really good money if you stay consistent with dashing regularly. 5 star review I wish it could honestly go higher. I recommend anybody who has a vehicle and is looking for work to just give DasherDirectByPayfare a few tries and see for yourself what your missing out on. 👍🏼

The Dashers Life is for Me!

I have always loved driving jobs, and DoorDash has been one of my favorites of all of them! Choosing my own hours is phenomenal. But on top of that I literally could work anywhere that I am I could visit my sister and work while I’m over there I could literally travel the world and work crossing America what other job could you have the flexibility or ability to do that regular delivery jobs often get boring and monotonous when you’re going to all the same regulars and places day in and day out. I could start in Connecticut and end up deep in New York if I want to checking out all the sites on the way and anytime I feel the need I can go on break do what I have to do Weatherby an hour two hours and then jump back to it. And if I decide to work another job I can still keep this one and whenever I need cash it’ll be in my account the second I’m done dashing who can beat that?!?! No I haven’t done GrubHub or Uber EatsBut honestly with how active the system is and how well it works and how fast I get my money I really don’t see how any other system could possibly be better than this one so that’s my take also it took me like 20 minutes to get hired and on the road, yeah,so there u go. Lol

Lack In Details

It's a good card and everything and it's very convenient that you get the virtual card and have access to use your funds while waiting for the physical card but it is a lack of information to your customers about the Google pay and Apple Pay compatibility because I've been looking everywhere online to see if I can get an answer if the card would work with Apple Pay or Google pay and I cannot find the answer to nowhere on the Internet so the only way to get your answer is to self try it and see if it works and while I was signing up for the card I was not informed that it is Apple Pay and Google pay compatible and I think as a company you guys should let your customers know all the advantages they have available to them instead of having them go and sign up for some thing without knowing all the pros and cons and they have to figure out their selves later on down the line and then they may not be so much happy customers because I know me personally I was concerned for 2 to 3 days about how I would use the card in store not knowing that it had the Apple Pay compatibility and if I had known sooner than later that I could add it to my wallet I would've been using it more excessively instead of the lack of knowledge and stressing myself trying to figure out how am I going to get the funds to use in store

I do enjoy it!!!

I love that we get 2% cash back on gas!!! It’s nice knowing that while I may only have $1.00 today/tonight. In the morning I will have how ever much $$$ I made on the dashes I finished today!!!! I would love it if we could round up to the next dollar & it be put into our savings! But OVERALL I am very pleased with it & also very pleased with doordash as a whole. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of the team!!! Oh just thought about this but it’s about the actual dashing not $ or the direct card. So I have had a few people ask me what do they do/say or who should they talk to for them to request me personally to get it??? I had one friend just write it in one of the sections when she was ordering her food. But I didn’t get to pick it up & she was just like dang I wanted you to bring it Karen but it is what it is maybe next time. I told her that I had no clue if that was even a thing but she, her bf, & a couple other friends/people I know from working in the restaurant business for so long a the entire time I have lived in Anniston. So I was wanting to know what I should tell them to do or just tell them it isn’t possible/we just do not do that ???? Thank you again.

Why I Am Enjoying DasherDirect

I enjoy DasherDirect because it’s easy to access my earnings and manage my earnings as well. I like that I am able to go back and see my earnings for each delivery, the tip, and my base pay along with my earnings with the promotion earnings.
I can access my earnings with my DasherDirect card almost immediately after I end each dash. I can also use my card almost anywhere where credit cards or debit cards are accepted.
I am hoping to see that soon maybe there will be atms where I will be able to use my card to get cash out with NO atm fees AT ALL! I know that at CVS and Walgreens there isn’t ANY fees AT ALL when anyone with a Chime card withdrawals money, so, hopefully DasherDirect will be able to change those into FULL NO CHARGE ATMS instead of there not being a fee on Door Dash’s end cause we’re still getting charged by the atm machine’s company owner.
Overall, I do enjoy the DasherDirect because it has all of my information and records of my transactions by however I chose to look at the transactions. Regardless if I try to look at the transactions and all the detailed information by the day, week, month, or, even the year.

Working

I just want to say I enjoy being a independent driver delivery person so much more than working my last job for Domino’s . I made money at my last job , but the extra work and stress coming from the managers and others was so bad , the demand to do everything not just drive and deliver . I enjoy being able to push my app on find s area and just pick up orders and deliver to my destination . DasherDirectByPayfare gelps so much with most of the information you need, directions , of course your order pick up at Walmart might not tell you everything you are about to load until you get there , but most of them do . I also like the fact a driver can contact the customer with updates so they know exactly when I am arriving with their goods . I like seeing my ratings and deliveries I have completed , and how much I make during my scheduled time slots . I can work as much as I need to or can on a given day . I really needed a work opportunity like this because I am in my sixties and can’t always do a regular job so this job for me and my situation is perfect .

Solid app, room for improvement

I’ve been a dasher for 7ish months; finally decided to try the dasher direct option when I saw the gas back increase from 2% to 10% and the bonuses for mileage. I received my card yesterday, less than 10 days in the mail.
The fee free ATM locator is a nice feature however it should be more than just Walgreens (in my area) as the ones here frequently have issues/out of order. It’s be great if it included the fees for other ATMs that are out of network on the map or broadened the free ones.
The virtual card is wonderful and worked fine when locations tap to pay available, account was instantly updated with any changes including the gas back amount I would accrue.
I’d love to see an instant transfer of some sort added, even if it had a fee. Moving it to my bank can be frustrating when you need those funds now. And the only way around it (without the actual card) was using PayPal) and still had to pay a fee.
Overall, it’s good, better than fast pay or waiting for weekly deposits, and I have access to funds much quicker than previously.

You have the option to choose however you want to get your money from Doordash, either direct deposit in your bank once a week on Monday OR use the DasherDirect bank card you can get issued from the DasherDirect app and they put your daily earnings from the day you dash EACH day on the card at midnight every night, so you will have your money directly on the card to use at ANY store anytime you want! There are also free ATM's around your city for you to withdraw from as well as cash back when you purchase gas at participating gas stations, but DasherDirectByPayfare will direct you to ALL of them and it's so simple to use! They really have their card system, banking and rewards set up perfectly to fit anyone's preference. I would highly recommend DasherDirectByPayfare to anyone who does Doordash and if you are thinking about signing up then totally get DasherDirectByPayfare and the card! You can order it through DasherDirectByPayfare and after you get it in the mail you will always have money at your fingertips each day you dash!

Dasher Direct is a life saver

I loved dashing from the moment I started. There is no other second job I have ever had with the amount of flexibility in my scheduled coupled with the amount of money I can make. But the fact that I can now get my pay the next day is a life saver. If I need gas, to pay a bill or just need a few bucks in my pocket before what used to be my weekly payday is HUGE!!! It’s just so nice to know whatever I make today I can use tomorrow as it is loaded directly onto my Dasher Direct card (almost always before 9am). Being a prepaid Visa card, you can use that account to directly pay bills or transfer money to people’s bank account. It is also very motivating when I’m dashing to keep going when I may feel like I’m done for the day. I just ask myself, “is this enough or would I like to have even more money tomorrow?”

DasherDirectByPayfare is so user friendly and I love getting 2% back on all my gas purchases. I can not recommend strongly enough to anyone who dashes to get DasherDirectByPayfare and card immediately.

It’s alright.

I like Dasher Direct because I live paycheck to paycheck, which in this line of work tends to be Day2Day depending on volume of business and other factors not totally in my control, (and to be fair, some factors within my control LOL) being paid every day is the safest option to me, because technology fails sometimes and I’ve been stuck without pay because I couldn’t get to my own earned money that got stuck in the digital world once for a short period when I really needed it. And i have always gotten my pay deposited into my real bank account for two years from DoorDash which helps to prove my income and paint an accurate picture of my finances and budget. So I don’t like that I cannot instantly transfer from dasherdirect to my bank account instantly. It takes a couple days. And some days I need to use fast pay more than once which isn’t allowed. However, with having this Dasher direct, I can cash out after my lunch shift with fast pay, change my payout method to dasher direct, then work the dinner rush, and have that money on the dasher direct card by the next morning. Boom! Two cash outs within the same 24 hours

To Be Honest

This is actually my first apple/app review, but I was honestly compelled to write one. I’ve been delivering with door dash for a little while now and the DasherDirect card / app make it extremely easy to store and save my money. Whenever I want to splurge on something nice for myself I use my dash debit card. I understand I work for the money I get, but whenever I use this debit card it doesn’t feel like I’m braking the bank. Being able to have same day cash outs without fees after doing deliveries is amazing. The only thing I’d recommend is that we as dashers should be able to get a discount while ordering from DoorDash with our DasherDirect card. It’ll probably give people more of a reason to use it and also door dash would be just making back the money they gave to us. Just a suggestion. But In conclusion I do recommend this to anyone who delivers with DoorDash. Also, they do give you cash back at all gas stations! So that’s a plus :). ( maybe soon it’ll be cash back on other purchases as well).

Dasher Direct

The card serves a valuable purpose by connecting directly to my dasher account and allowing my accumulated money from completing dashes onto the card which I can then use as a debit card for purchases. It gives cash-back on gas purchases which is a good feature for a Dasher as we constantly have to add gas to our cars to complete dasher deliveries. My two negative reviews are if you want to use the card at the pump for gas you must have at least $30 in the Dasher Direct account so if you have less than $39 in your account you can’t use the card at the pump to put in say $20 in gas. Also if you wanted to deposit cash onto the card at participating retailers there is a fee assessed up to $4.95. That is a nuisance and because of that fee it means I’m unlikely to deposit cash into my account to use the card to pay a bill or at another retailer. If that fee wasn’t in place I would be more likely to use the card more often where as now I’d be more likely to withdraw the cash in my account and deposit it to my bank and use my debit card from my bank to make purchases at retailers or pay bills using the card.

Dasher Direct - I’m Pleased

Good Day, I have been a dasher for maybe four years. I must say Dasher Direct is not only an essential addition for Dashers and the Business Card provided is helpful as well. The perks of the card are an awesome way to earn cash back when you spend money on gas (which is awesome as a Dasher). When you couple this perk with a gas app, you have the power to earn double right now. While I have not explored other payout methods, what I have used does show me that DasherDirectByPayfare does everything it is supposed to do. Payouts arrive within the specified, reasonable time detailed in DasherDirectByPayfare . I receive monthly statements and a list of how I’m spending my money. I’m thoroughly enjoying the benefits of having DasherDirectByPayfare and Business card thus far. Five stars. I’m looking forward to any further improvements that Doordash will make going forward. Have a wonderful day my fellow people! To Doordash, I’m willing to stick out the growing pains with this company. Thank you Doordash!

Easy but slowwww

I do DoorDash as my main source of income at the moment and it’s great, the job is easy and the hours are literally whatever you want them to be but the DasherDirect card is a little slow. Before I applied for the DasherDirect card, I would just use the Fast Pay option when I was cashing out my money for the day, a $2 fee would be applied but I received the money right away which was nice but with the DasherDirect I have to wait for the deposit until the NEXT day or past midnight (around 2am) for the money to come into the card. See, if I was able to get the payment right away like Fast Pay but have no fee onto DasherDirect, then I’d rate it 5 stars. Good product, you get cash back points and other benefits as well but I just rather have the money deposited right away into my debit card like Venmo or Cash App. I guess if you don’t mind waiting until the next day for your money then the card is great. I still recommend having a regular debit card on file just in case you need your earnings to come out right away in an emergency or something.

I’d like to start off on a positive note ! I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to supplement my income by being a dasher ! I am a single mom with no help and living paycheck to paycheck so some nights I literally dash to be able to buy groceries.

With that being said , I find it truly unfair of DoorDash to penalize us when we decline an offer due to it not being worth the $ . I’m sorry but $3.50 to drive for 30/45 minutes is ridiculous. Not to mention the cost of gas and mileage on our personal vehicles . I am here to make money not loose it . You can’t earn “top” dasher with an acceptance rate below 95% or something like that and without that too dasher label you are not able to dash whenever you want to , you also get thrown a crappy amount of orders because they go to the top dashers first ! My customers leave me great reviews , I am at a 4.89 ! There is no reason to treat us this way . We are here out of our own free will trying to make some cash .

DoorDash ** please take note ! Please revise your rules . There are great dashers out here that need to be appreciated and not bullied into making penny’s so that more money goes into your pockets .

Two incidents occurred while working for Door Dash the first thing was I was promised $150 for loyalty program which I never got and then when I called to confirm it no one knew what I was talking about the second thing that happened was my account was hacked and $188 come up missing off my direct deposit and I reported itDoor Dash investigate it and told me at first they retrieve the money back and they will be put back on my card in after two weeks I have not received my money they told me they couldn’t get the money back and it was nothing that they could do just left a very bad taste in my mouth but it is what it is we all need work we all need money to pay our bills sometimes we have to let some things go for the greater good Also I’m wishing that when I login to the account I can get more than an hour at a time because my pay averages out to maybe eight dollars an hour because a lot of the rooms they get are between three and 56 dollar payout and lucky if I get tips from most of the customers which I’m grateful that I do on that note I’m blessed to be employed with you I look forward to a better future and a prosperous year

Yes, I love it

I love how I’m able to do many cash out now it’s so much more convenient then to only be able to cash out once every 24 hours. I love it including that I can get cash back on getting gas and things that I purchase I get cash back from Etsy another good way to save money. Very helpful definitely makes me love my job that much more. The only downside I have is every time I’ve swiped my card to get gas it’ll either say insufficient funds or see cashier I always have to give an exact price to a cashier on gas that I need to get. I wish I could just put in my card like I do my debit card and punch as much gas as I want to put in without having to go in and put a set price on the gas. So I just wish my card would be more convenient for me to where I didn’t have to go see a cashier or put a set price in for gas. Other than that everything else is great! Very much enjoyable, thank you!

Doordash

Would like to talk about my contract violation. The GPS said turn right when should have turned left. I figured it out 2 miles down the road. Then GPS said make a U-Turn. The GPS should have said make a U-Turn as soon as I turned. Then when I got to destination (Burgerville)…The order was not ready. I waited 7 minutes for order to be ready. When I delivered the food to customer, it had been 13 minutes since I had received the order. Even after all that still only 13 minutes total from acceptance to at their door?????? Not sure why I deserved a Violation for that Doordash. I still love Doordashing, just not sure about some things that occur. Like We (the Dashers) need to be able to comment on the order. To tell our side of the story. The Democratic way of doing things. Need a space to text our comments…(like the customers are able to)…..To keep things Fair.😎

They are crooks!! They took my 1st. Week of pay. They didn't want to recover money from the so called other account they had on dash direct. I worked at a bank before and you can get the funds back. They knew all the account numbers and everything. They would have been able the receive the money back. If they could put it in, they can get it back. If I didn't need daily pay, I would leave this shitty bank.

Without a doubt the most useless card I have. Payfare flagged me per AVS transaction for $7.64 to Microsoft. Customer service is non-existent. Dasher direct States they have no authority. Received an email specifically stating a 24-hour block on my card. 48 hours later block is in place no customer service whatsoever. Card remains unusable. I've never heard of an AVS flag for less than $10.

I was on a dash in a dollar general on the 10th of this month and i used my dasher direct card to make a purchase for a drink and immediately after i had 6 transactions for 23.08 back to back and i had to submit a claim with google play and contact the company, which was called unlockt.me(and they never responded back). After 6 days I submitted my claim with dasher direct through the email supplied and had all the screenshots, forms, attachments submitted that were required/laid out in the claim form on the 16th and 17th of this month and the claim materials were due by the 18th. I also had to deactivate my card and didn't get another one for almost a week. they didn't even answer about the claim until the 24th and said it was closed due to not having everything, when i went through very thoroughly and put everything the claim required in with my claim and I updated them on getting no response from the unlockt.me and also the denied claim from google when it came in before the claim materials were due. They denied the claim and whoever did the claim obviously didn't process it properly because everything asked for was included..it was a lot of attachments and i feel like whoever worked the claim was just being lazy or not paying attention properly. I am out almost $140 bucks for this and wasted a lot of time and energy on trying to get my money back for nothing. none of my family have ever been on this unlockt.me site or ever gotten anything from them, and neither have i. I am really perplexed as to how google would deny it given all the information i gave them, and how none of my accounts or my families accounts had anything from the unlockt.me company. Never had an issue until now but very upset about being screwed over. I am very dissatisfied with dasher direct. I have over 9300 deliveries as a dasher a since i started a bit after covid hit and if it wasn't for it really being the only viable way to help support my family right now with different things we have going on I would be done. Times are really hard and almost $140 might not seem like a lot to a lot of people, this whole mess has really put us in a big bind.

I don’t know where to begin or end…. I have a open account with DoorDash direct.. I never used the account or the card. I asked several times for them to close the account over a period of weeks and have been getting the run around. They send you customer services representative s over and over giving you the run around. I believe now there fraudulent company, and I am reaching out to BBB to report all this information and I will reaching out to advisor on how to take further action to get my account deleted with dasher direct. I don’t advise NO ONE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH DASHER DIRECT!!

I was scammed on Door Dash. I never had set up the dash direct account, the scammer did. Took over 2 weeks to get the dash direct account closed! I've been waiting over 3 weeks, escalated case, no response regarding requested all documents scammer did on my account for 2 weeks. I'm entitled by law all documents. I was scammed on Door Dash. I never had set up the dash direct account, the scammer did. Took over 2 weeks to get the dash direct account closed! I've been waiting over 3 weeks, escalated case, no response regarding requested all documents scammer did on my account for 2 weeks. I'm entitled by law all documents. Will give dash direct till Friday 8/26/22 to comply to request. Absolutely the most horrible customer service ever encountered in my life!

Horrible service!!! Pay fare, Dasher direct, Doordash can't even resolve a password reset issue!!! Not only that my money is stuck up n held up on this app!!! For 24hrs going on 48hrs!! Escalated to Graham in "engineering " he's not helping. You tell me from 6am-4pm Pacific time n I'm Eastern time, you can't resolve this!!! The APP will tell you which ATM's are FREE to make withdrawals but they will still charge you and they won't give you the money back. I went to an ATM that clearly states that it's free but I got charged twice. When I tried to tell them what the APP says, their response was " it's not free and it's never been free. You need to check the app." (Which is where it says free)

most god awful banking app i have used. You WILL encounter a problem with your account, like fraudulent activity, and it will take you several weeks to get ahold of the team in doordash that handles dasher direct card account. they will hang up on you, give you false phone numbers that don't work to call to "fix" your issue. of the 8 "escalations" they have had to put on my account, zero were actually found to have any escalations on my account at all.

Look . It worked great for the first few days . Suddenly there's been suspicious activity while I was asleep no less and I live alone so no creeping roomies . Try to get payfare on the phone from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and never got an answer at all . Was even disconnected once . Dashing is great but I would seriously consider a direct deposit and just wait that first 10 days . At least if there's a problem you can call a bank where a person will answer eventually and you can get some sort of explanation that makes some sort of sense . Like I said working for DoorDash has been fun and I've seen a lot of interesting things and met interesting people but payfare could sink to the bottom of the sea for all I care

Dasher direct sucks, I was scammed out of 2,000, thehh yoh claimed they would get right on the investigation and I waited two days and no one got hold of me, I called them back today, and I was told they would not be refunding me my 2,000 back if I was smart and made the deposit with my bank, j would of been refunded all of my money, so be smart people, don’t go with dasher direct because if you are scammed , yoh are on your own.

I use my Dasher Direct card to make regular everyday purchases & to pay bills, both by the debit card or the routing account number which go through fine without a hitch, EXCEPT FOR MY ELECTRIC BILL. For the last 2 months I've received an email stating that the Direct Deposit cannot be completed because "name matching failed." These emails show my partial account number, merchant name, amount & list the transaction as a DIRECT DEPOSIT, not a Debit to my account. For a debit the names don't need to match. Last month I received this email & went into the Dasher Direct account immediately & it showed that the bill was paid so I figured they got it fixed as a debit, not a deposit. This month I received the same email, went into the Dasher DIrect account but nothing was paid for my electric bill. I have put in a total of 4 calls to their customer service where they take forever to even answer the phone. They don't listen to what the problem is, just put you on hold for over 10 minutes just to come back & tell you the same thing you told them, name didn't match so it didn't go through. To them this is the solution to your problem, not the problem itself as to why a bill payment is being treated as a Direct Deposit. You have to wait for a supervisor to call back & if you can't answer the phone & they leave a message, that's your call back from the supervisor which tells you to just call back again. This time I was told I needed to wait 24-48 hrs for a call back. It is now OVER 48 HRS & still NO CALL BACK. The payment to my electric was sent back to them this time with the reason for it not being paid as "MISSING OR NO ACCOUNT NUMBER, ACCOUNT NOT FOUND,ACCOUNT CLOSED" Not anything about it being treated as a direct deposit & name didn't match. It's hard to believe the account reason they gave the electric com[any when the account number was listed on each email, they did pay the bill last month, & they ask you to verify the most recent transaction on your account to verify you when you call in. The customer service people are not trained at all in customer service, how to find out the problems on an account & how to fix the problems, etc. It's hard to believe a company has a customer service section but NO SUPERVISORS AVAILABLE at any time. They run around like a dog chasing their tail in circles as well as very rude to anyone that calls in with a serious problem that needs fixed.

Don’t trust dash direct I had lost my card and requested a new one they took over two weeks to send it to me and my money was gone when I called they kept transferring me and no one could explain why I wasn’t able to transfer my money to my regular bank. They would not transfer me to a supervisor all they want to say was sorry for the inconvenience. Why do I have to wait a whole month to get my money released from them when I asked multiple times to just transfer the money to my personal bank account, the girl even said I had block the card myself from my app with the block button and that’s a lie because the app does not have a block card option. I will not be using DasherDirect no more even if I have to wait and use the regular dasher pay out.

I tried to contact Dasher Direct Support on the day (Sunday March 13th @ 4:03pm) that an illegal external transfer was taken out of my account. When the text came to me notifying me, I called immediately as the text told me to. Did not wait. I was told that they were gone for the day and that I would be given a call in the morning. I spent hours trying to get thru the next morning. When I did speak to someone, the transfer had gone thru already at 10:00 Sunday evening. Leaving me no way to stop the transfer. And that it was my fault for this transfer that the accounts are secure and that I must have given my information out to an individual. That I needed to call sooner, which I did when it happened. Many hours on the phone with them trying to find a solution. For one week, no one can explain to me where the money went because they are just customer service. They can't tell me anything about the transfer, who it was to or where it went. I was told that there is no investigation team to report to because of the time the transfer occurred. With no fault of mine. I have read thru the Terms and Agreement. In section 23 Zero Liability Rules. Someone has transferred money or may transfer money from my card account without my permission, which is "an unauthorized transaction." I have been told that this is a secure system each time. Where is the secure system? Every call I have made regarding this matter has been recorded from the very first call, and still no accountability because everyone works from home. No supervisors or upper management can direct me.

My card was used at an atm and the atm retained the funds. I need the cash reinstated to my card as it was not issued to me. Dasher Direct support has had me on hold 40 minutes with no one picking up since I was transferred from Doordash Driver support.

Dasher direct banking app is always down for entire 12hr days. It's not fair that the Door Dash app is always working perfectly fine , while our money is on hold because the ghetto ass payfare system is always not working and us door dash drivers have to scramble to either stop working because we can't fuel up or figure out how we are gonna pay our bills for the day without access to our money. Door dash / Uber/Lyft companies already steal half of our hard earned money , you would think that they would respect our money in this online banks and not bullshit us with these mediocre Payfare cheap ass system. It's very sad that nothing has been done to fix this after all drivers have shit hole experiences every day. This is our time and money and it's not being respected after everything we do. All these investors and Uber creator / Payfare creator / door dash creator getting filthy rich while they know the issues with the piece of shit system and they don't give one shit.

Dasher direct app shows "free" atms....not free...Dasher support states they can't locate the "free" atms in "their" system...are the systems not the same? DS stated the atm used was private atm therefore there were charges except EVERY FREE ATM SHOWN IN THE APP THAT I VISITED (3) WANTED FEES......Doordash possibly getting kickbacks by directing dashers to those atms?

I had been with door dash direct for about a month. I had never received the card , so I called to inquire about it. I was told that it was sent , and found out they had the wrong numbers in my address incorrect. Once that was taken care of ,I was told it was 5.00. One of the agents told me that it would not be taken out of my earnings. Surprise! it was. I was very disappointed because i could not believe the dishonesty to tell me that it would not be taken out. The amount that I had was just enough to get more gas . by telling me that she did not give me the option to just wait until another time , where I would have more funds for that to happen. I am semi-new to this whole situation and was sort of surprise of the dishonesty behind it. For several reasons they had the wrong number in the system, I never received it, and the dishonesty behind the fact. Why would you charge me for something that I never received because of a wrong address. That is why I did not receive it. They had 1253 and my address is 1252. It was changed after we went through everything. So, i do not think that the situation was fair.
