How to fix Bakkt app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Bakkt app on iPhone
Update Bakkt app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bakkt iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bakkt on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bakkt network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Bakkt Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Bakkt not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Bakkt App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bakkt » click [Force Stop]

Update Bakkt to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bakkt App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bakkt » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bakkt.

Fix Bakkt unable to contact server/ Bakkt internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bakkt » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bakkt » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Bakkt
