Will not allow me to log in at all says oops something went wrong and it’s been a week!! Also Apple Pay is not working I tried to charge a dollar at a store and it declined

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Bakkt app issues:

Force Stop the Bakkt App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Bakkt app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Bakkt to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bakkt App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Bakkt app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Bakkt.
