📋 11 Reported Issues:
Stream keeps buffering. My internet connection is 200 mbs so that’s not an issue. The problem started a few weeks ago. Previously it was perfect. I only listen to LBC
The app keeps crashing. It's very annoying. How often? You can't get through 5 minutes without it stopping and you have to go back and reload it. It's very annoying. I'm on Samsung S21 if it makes any difference.
Global player just keeps buffering when I’m out walking, my iPods 2 and iPhone 14 are working perfectly well when I’m indoors with internet connection. It worked well up to 3 days ago.
Ask Alexa to play James O'BRIEN the whole show. Starts ok but will stop playing after a short time. Happens with other LBC shows as well.
Have tried to register for an account as requested but will not allow , says my email is already registered?.

This App buffers, then stops completely. I use another podcast app and it has never had any issues. On the global app I cannot listen to a podcast without the app stopping. It is so frustrating and disappointing.
hi whilst listening to LBC yesterday and this morning I get a lot of rubbish coming across when the programme takes a break or goes to the news. Everything fro the speaking clock to loud music seems to break through. Listening on Samsung phone via the app
Global Player app continually stopping every few minutes, despite a strong fast WiFi signal
Audio on G Player is stuttering every 20 or 30 seconds. I am getting a five second repeat of previous piece, then it played again for 20 seconds and goes back 5 second and repeats what was said or played. It on all stations on my player which is connected to a smart tv I tried turning system off and on again, also tried switching modem on and off and reconnecting to modem, but still have the problem. I do not have the problem on my phone which played normally. it feels like a problem with buffering rate being ahead of itself somehow. Any help gladly accepted. We have been listening for some years with no problem, Regards, Eoin.
