1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the Onion Browser App
1. On android, goto Settings » Onion Browser » click [Force Stop]

Update Onion Browser to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Onion Browser App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Onion Browser » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Onion Browser.

Fix Onion Browser unable to contact server/ Onion Browser internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Onion Browser » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Onion Browser » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
