Haven't been able to log in months they say it's because my bootloader is unlocked on my phone.sorry but they have no right until they are paying for my phones luckily for me this is a secondary account and I don't believe I have any cash in it never now but I'd like to check.after that I am closing this account and never looking back the company is trash in my opinion and I hope they fail as.

The chat feature has been disabled for a couple of weeks, at least, and you cannot get anyone on the phone, even by staying on hold for a hour - right when you are the next caller in line, they tell you there is no one to take your call. They do not have an email or contact form on their website. I asked for a card replacement, even paid for expidited service, and I have no card and can't reach anyone.
