For the last 4 days the app crashes at the same point on the same exercise. It’s driving me nuts. Poter and sapere 🇮🇹 Help?
App not responding. Blank, blue screen.
Same here, whenever I try do do a speech recognition exercise this message appears: "please download and enable the Google app to complete speech recognition exercise", although having the last actualization from Google's app installed and allowing it to access my microphone. This happened after I installed the latest version of Android on my phone (12->13).
I'm getting prompted when I try to talk that "please download and enable the Google app to complete speech recognition exercise." I have this installed and don't see a way to activate or deativate it.
I agree with Annie’s complaint of May 15 2022: ‘It continually shows an error saying I'm not connected to the internet. But I am. All my other apps work. I am using my home wifi and there's nothing wrong with it’. And, as another complainant wrote, ‘I have paid for my subscription as well’. I was so far ahead in my chosen language, and then, ?…. No further progress is possible! I can make no further progress beyond the module: (Upper Intermediate B2 (German)). Email advice from Busuu hasn’t helped, because I’m still stuck in the aforementioned module.
The app keeps suddenly stopping and sending me back to the log in page.
App is failing to update my progress when I complete the grammar modules in the review section. Appears to be giving me the same module to review repeatedly. I’ve logged out and back in and have downloaded latest app version and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but makes no difference

When I am starting the app, it's opening but closing soon automatically. Even I updated it. But it's still not working properly. I have paid for my subscription as well. Please solve the issue ASAP.
