I am unable to connect my Freecom 4X to the app. I have noticed I am not the only one and this has been going on for years. Is anyone doing anything about this.

My Cardo Packtalk Edge always requires me to re sync before I can access the App despite having done the latest softwareupdate, why does the app not recognize my Edge device automatically? The sync process does not always work first time either, so getting this set up again and again everything I ride is become a problem, any help will greatly appreciated.
Samsung 10+ (Android ver 12, Kernel v4.14.113) Cardo app won't recognize Spirit-HD anymore, so decided to updated Cardo firmware to latest ver 3.2, still no luck, but mobile's Bluetooth recognizes it with no problems.
My Cardo Edge is able to connect to my phone but when I open the Cardo Connect App, it does not recognized the Cardo Edge. I restarted the phone, did a factory reset to the cardo edge and uninstall and reinstall the app with no luck. What can I do next?
After a factory reset, Packtalk Bold work perfectly with the app, and was able to connect with other units. The app now gives a “unit not found message”. Tried clearing cashe and data. Unit itself works fine.
The cardo Connect app does not work anymore. It will not recognize a bluetooth from the app but my phone recognizes the cardo Connect app. What is the fix for this?
I have 2 cardo Packtalk blacks, I can listen to music or the radio from the app, but I can not use the phone and Hey Cardo does not work. I have tried all the things Cardo has recommended and still nothing works. I have even replaced the Mic to make sure everything is set up correctly. I can not get the intercom to connect by app or by buttons. This is so frustrating.
App not connecting despite cardo edge showing up in bluetooth menu and playing audio, accessing Siri etc. I have installed, uninstalled, re-installed, paired, unpaired and re-paired multiple times. Only time it seems to work is when phone is switched off completely and switched back on and connected again. If it is disconnected, it will not reconnect to the app. It is very frustrating as I will be riding with a group on a multi week journey and need the ability to control group comms.
Hello, i have two Cardo Freecom 4x, one of them i updated for the version 3.0, since then my mobile app isn´t capable of finding my cardo. The other one that i have is still with the old version and works just fine.

Hello I have a Freecom-2X and an ASUS Zenfone 8. Bluetooth connection works flawlessly, but unfortunately, the Cardo Connect app stopped detecting my Freecom device. I think I tried everything except resetting my phone, but that is not an option I am intentioned to try. I forced the app to stop and deleted the cache and data app files. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Then I tried giving the app permission for everything. I enabled all possible functionalities, GPS, NFC, and everything else, but with no success. I also attempted different sequences. Unpaired and paired Bluetooth hundreds of times. Once paired with Bluetooth, the Cardo connect app starts looking for a device, but the process ends unsuccessfully. It used to work at the beginning. I can't figure out why it doesn't work anymore. I also tried to reflash firmware V3.0 using my PC and USB cable. Resetting the unit didn't worked either. I suppose that in some of the Android system folders, are some files that prevent the app from working correctly. I've got many apps installed on my system. This is the only one that I'm struggling with. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in fixing this issue with the Cardo app. Many thanks. Enver S.
trying ti sign in to app on my phone and dose not recognize my email address. if i try to reset up and account it said i allready have an account.. ??? is there a way to delete and start over making a new account? i need the app to change to the new 45 audio helmit system is my under standing.
Hi, Freecom 4x will be found by phone but cannot get app to connect. Forever in a pairing cycle. Already uninstalled and reinstalled.
I have 2 Cardo Bold Black units. When I pair the 2 together, they connect for a while, but eventually we lose our connection. This is with my passenger sitting directly behind me. It may relink itself, but most of the time it doesn't. Very frustrating as this should be a solid link with no interference! No other issues with the GPS/Bike connection where I link for GPS, Music and phone.
1st issue. App and two Packtalk's powered up but App on my iPhone says "not connected" but offers NO way to drive the connection. My iPhone bluetooth mens says "connected" to Cardo. 2nd. In two years this thing has actually worked on ONE ride. Agree with others in frustration of trying to make it work. All I wanted was a useful intercom btwn myself and a passenger. Has been a huge disappointment. Multiple stops to the BMW dealer where purchased to have the parts guy help. Seemed to get it to work in the showroom. But only the one time as mentioned. And that was a totally sporadic instance of turning itself on mid ride. More frustrating than Sonos. Not good
Never works to connect riders. Ever. Always have to do it manually by holding buttons and linking. The app should make it so connecting to other users is quick and easy.
