App keeps crashing when trying to check in
On the vasa app when i click on almost anything the app crashes
Once I login it shows a “Hi” page and when I click on any icons on bottom, the app crashes

I tried to sign up for a membership online before the promotion ends and the site crashes evertime I hit submit.
I accidentally signed up with the wrong email and that email is no longer working so I am unable reset my password or sign in
I cant see or view class schedule.
Class schedule and calendar in app will not work. It will crash the app every time I've clinked on these icons in the app. I have re-download the app many times as well as cleared cache and force stopped.

App immediately closes on iPhone. iOS updated, reinstalled, restarted phone, no luck
Every time I open the app it immediately crashes and closes. Same behavior is seen after several reboots, uninstalling/reinstalling app, and installing latest iOS patch

Freeze/Cancel button is not working. The app crashes immediately when this button is pressed.
I cannot view the gym class schedule. "Can't talk to the server right now" message has been showing up for weeks.
App says it cant connect to the servers so I cant cancel my membership there (as I'm told that is the only way to do it is through the app and not in person). I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled multiple times on two different phones.. seems like the IT department isn't doing their job.

My internet connection is fine. I've restarted my phone too to see if this helps. I'm able to see other stuff in the app
I can't access my gym barcode on my phone . I signed up online and can't upload my picture either the app keeps failing saying no servers available.
The app won't connect to the servers and I can't access my membership card. I started my membership online and therefore do not have a physical membership card. Also when I select the class schedule button, "no classes found, there are no classes offered today" which I get on any day I select.
Most of the times I go to use my app, it won't let me log in or open up my bar code. Please help.
