I have not been able to login to my ROFO account. It keeps telling me "oops" after I enter my password. I have also not been able to reset my password. I also tried to sign-ups again but it told me that the e-mail has already been used. I do not know what else to try.

Can NOT use ROFO card at the pumps. It went thru just fine last week - this week message at the pump says - card not readable. Tried it at both the Royal Farms we have in Easton MD .. Please advise. Thanks 03/15/2023

Your system is a loser. It tells me I'm registered but after trying to load in bank information it doesn't recognize my sign in. Now my bank info has been hacked. Going to WaWa from now on.

my rofo rewards will not let me add a reward. I click on it to add the reward, and then the screen turns a few shades darker, and the screen freezes up.

Last used my Rofo card on Sunday, May 15 to purchase a dinner by using reward points. Since Monday, May 16, I have been unable to use my card. APP will not allow me to login to my account anymore. Keeps saying that my Password is incorrect, yet program will not allow me to reset my password. I never receive a Password reset email from your program. Also don't know if I received my 400 points on May 13 which was my birthday. My Rofo card number ends in "76499." Let me know if you need more information.

My Rofo Reward App was transferred to a new phone on May 12. Yet, I used the app on May 15, therefore this is probably not the reason for the problem.
