I tired getting on my coverstar to post and I clicked on it and it won't even let me get in it so my phone says app not working but what do I do?

Coverstar keeps on throwing me out of the app everytime I try and go on it 🙄.

To resolve Coverstar network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Coverstar App
1. On android, goto Settings » Coverstar » click [Force Stop]

Clear Coverstar App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Coverstar » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Coverstar.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Coverstar » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Coverstar » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Coverstar
