I love using UC browsers, especially turbo variants. I have used it since 7 years ago and it keeps rock solid without problem, but just this time my favourite browser is no longer an uc browser instead I have migrated to a more stable chrome. In my phone with the latest android 12, I can't use UC browser turbo anymore, every time I click anything(except setting) it quit immediately without further notice. please update UC browser turbo to be more user friendly to android 12 user. thank you

How to fix UC Browser app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the UC Browser app on iPhone
Update UC Browser app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall UC Browser iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix UC Browser on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve UC Browser network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

UC Browser Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix UC Browser not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the UC Browser App
1. On android, goto Settings » UC Browser » click [Force Stop]

Update UC Browser to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear UC Browser App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » UC Browser » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart UC Browser.

Fix UC Browser unable to contact server/ UC Browser internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click UC Browser » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto UC Browser » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch UC Browser
