Can't access video cloud playback, the videos disappear, I have a cloud account and until 3 weeks ago it was working. What good is a security camera if you can't view the footage
Can’t view live only playbacks. Takes a long time ro load with playbacks anywy.
Snapshot and Video button has quit working they did work up until about 3 weeks ago.
Not getting notifications every time.. especially on the Iphone.. works better on the Android but not all notifications come through.
Microphone works for camera however sound isn't picked up. Before the sound and micopjonr when both on, there would be feedback from the mic to yhe speaker. Screeching feedback. Lowerd the volume on both and it helpef. But now no sound. Eye4 has both sound and mic working. So the problem is not the camera. Thanks
