Movies keep freezing when ads play..the movie keeps playing but the screen is frozen

Picture keeps freezing but sound continues

Since yesterday's update I can't cast from my android phone to the TV. Prior to the update other than freezing up I could cast to tv.

When I watch a hallmark movie it will cut out about every 5/10 minutes. Says error. It is getting very frustrating trying to watch a movie. Thinking of cancelling because of this problem I’m missing a good portion of the movies.not sure what is going on….

My on demand won't work and neither does my start at the beginning choice. I just got this and paid for a whole year in advance!!!

hallmark channel freezees at commercials

My tv freezes during commercials and I have to restart movie from menu.

Keep getting error code 5 which cuts off movie and it buffers all the time.

For 2 weeks we have not been able to move through the guide to choose our channels. After a pause we can move through about 4 and then cannot navigate up or down any further. This is getting to be a frustration because Friendly is what we watch most. We have tried updating the app and everything else that has been recommended online. Please help us fix this or there will be no need to continue keeping Friendly.

My channel won’t load. Glitching, screen goes dark, sound disappears. Sounds like need to cancel.

Freezes when it goes to ads and won't go back to movie. Black screen but can hear it. It has never done this up until now.. We have a Roku.

When tv goes to commercial, it freezes on commercial and will not go back to movie. But you can hear the movie. It has nothing to do with other devices on network. Because it happens when all devices are off.

While watching the app shuts off

When I try to watch Friendly TV, it shuts itself off about ten or so minutes in.

I leave it on all night and I keep waking to it shutting off, how can I stop it

The Frndly app keeps crashing on my iPad Pro the past 2 weeks. I have never had this issue before. Disappointing.

My FrndlyTV app on my IPad keeps shutting off after a few minutes.

I am not being recognized, as a subscriber.

Using Roku 4082x. When fast forwarding through commercials the unit either freezes, restarts with audio only, or works properly. Freezing or audio only seems to be most prevalent. If you leave the app and then come back, it usually works again for awhile. Sometimes you have to restart the Roku from bouncing ROKU logo.

Friendly app keeps closing while I am watching a movie

FrndlyTV app is not working properly. When I choose a show I get an error message on the tc saying “Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again.” Has been doing this all day.
