Windows 11/10 Pro x64 (tested) IPTV Smarters 1.2.1 When you close IPTV smarters Pro app, it is left running in background. And when you start and close new one, then you have two running in background. Problem is that "close" do not really terminate application.
The Smarter Pro app will not load a TV series list on my Apple TV device (4th gen). It loads a movie list fine; and everything else about the app appears to work well. Can someone offer assistance with this?
Playback error, not working any channel
When watching movies or streaming matches.. It just times out and go blank all the time.. Then shows sorry video cannot be played at the moment... It is quite annoying
Since update to iOS 16.4, app won’t load streams and keeps saying I’m not connected to the internet.
When I try to play a series it says playback error, reconnects in 1/5 seconds and then says sorry this video cannot be played. It is not my wifi I’ve checked

The app will not update. Have restarted router, modem & firestick. Won’t update and will not work.

Every time I go into settings to change the format it kicks me out why
No longer able to access my settings so I can customize my viewing channels and parental controls.
No longer able to access my settings so I can customize our channels. IE remove other language channels through the parental control function. As soon as I click on settings now it just flashes to an all white screen. My husband and I love smarters and we’ve never had a gripe paying for it in the past but this feature is one that we use to save time scrolling through hundreds of channels we have no interest in. Please tell me how to correct this tech issue so we can get back to updating our channel preferences please.
Have a year subscription and pro won’t load. Have internet. Increased internet speed still haven’t worked for 3 weeks and support will not respond.

God morning, i am having troble streaming 4k movies on my android box even though it is a 4k tv. All other channels for live tv on 4k are fine.

Hello My iptv smarters pro App is now lagging and slow. Was working fine Don't know what happened When I open the App I can click a channel and it doesn't respond for like 5 seconds and if I click 2 or 3 time for a response it then shows me a white screen and bounces me out of the app . What do I do anyone? Thx mike
The Smarters App lite will not allow my url to connect using my iPhone. Url: connect1.xyz But it did work with the Smarters App Pro version.
