When watching recorded shows it stalls

My virus scanner has detected something trying to run a powershell on my computer that may be a Trojan virus that could infect my computer. Please take care of this on your streaming server site as I can not currently connect until the server stops attempting to run a powershell on my computer. I paid to stream, not get hacked.

I'm just wondering why the Frndly channel cuts out while watching a movie? It happens about 3x every movie I watch. No other app had this issue.

I am a friendly subscriber. I just renewed for the next year. Your service been so terrible . My Hallmark channel movies and mystery always always issues. Going blank black loading . Horrible what I am paying for

Problem with recorded movies. When I click on some there is a green wheel that goes round and round. When it stops nothing happens. For other recorded movies, they start playing and after 15 minutes they quit. I have not been able to watch any recorded movies. When I go to a streaming show and click on one to watch that is fine. I have not been able to record and watch any movies for two weeks. This is a huge problem since Christmas movie season is starting. If this is not fixed there is no point in paying for the app.

Forged in Fire season 10 episode 1 gets to the middle with the stupid detergent commercial and just plays it over and over and over on a continuous loop and will not stop. It never ever gets to the part of the show after this. It also continually shows the buffering circle and I have excellent wifi speed and service. So, what's the deal?

I like the price and selection Frndlytv offers. However the service sucks. It's not my internet because it's top of the line. So it's not your customers, my boyfriend who works in the electronics industry says it's Frndly's signal strength. Which seems to be getting worse instead of better. After reading some of the reviews, we all seem to have the same issue of buffering constantly and the error message that the video can't be played. Frndly find someone who actually knows what they are doing and fix the problems and stop blaming your customers. If not you will most likely start losing customers. I'm starting to shop around for another streaming service that offers the same lineup. Dawn Warmkessel

App on roku devices in 2 different rooms frequently freezing or buffering. I am running a 1gig internet system and both tv's are pretty close to the router.

It won’t let me delete recordings that have seasons Like Chronicle Mysteries and Garage Sale Mysteries since you changed from My Recordings to My Stuff. It’s very annoying because I should be able to delete whatever I wan to delete.

We watch Chain Reaction and Master Mind on GSN channel every evening and every evening both channels freeze up but especially at the almost end of the shows and we don't get to know the winners. Very frustrating

I can not watch anything I have recorded. When I select one the revolving wheel comes on and immediately stops. If I wait the screen goes black and it will not respond to any commands from the remote. If I go completely out and sign back in everything works except the recorded progam.

Hallmark Channel is stuck on a Medicare commercial. I have tried other tv's in my house and same issue. The commercial stalls out and just hangs. Movies keep pausing and buffering. If you try to restart the movie, another random movie will start playing instead of the one you selected and you have to continually try to go back to the one you were watching until you decide to give up and watch Netflix.

I accidentally signed out of my Frndly TV Basic Yearly Plan. It is paid for one year,and will renew 12/9/23 I tried to sign back in, but I do not have a username or password. Please advise as to what I need to do to get signed back in. Thank you.

My tv freezes during commercials and I have to restart movie from menu.

Keep getting error code 5 which cuts off movie and it buffers all the time.

For 2 weeks we have not been able to move through the guide to choose our channels. After a pause we can move through about 4 and then cannot navigate up or down any further. This is getting to be a frustration because Friendly is what we watch most. We have tried updating the app and everything else that has been recommended online. Please help us fix this or there will be no need to continue keeping Friendly.

Using Roku 4082x. When fast forwarding through commercials the unit either freezes, restarts with audio only, or works properly. Freezing or audio only seems to be most prevalent. If you leave the app and then come back, it usually works again for awhile. Sometimes you have to restart the Roku from bouncing ROKU logo.
