I downloaded YouTube kids on my fire Tv through direct streaming. When I try to open it it says pending in the left hand corner of the screen. I downloaded it again and said don’t sign in it plays fine

How to fix YouTube Kids app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the YouTube Kids app on iPhone
Update YouTube Kids app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall YouTube Kids iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix YouTube Kids on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve YouTube Kids network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

YouTube Kids Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix YouTube Kids not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the YouTube Kids App
1. On android, goto Settings » YouTube Kids » click [Force Stop]

Update YouTube Kids to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear YouTube Kids App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » YouTube Kids » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart YouTube Kids.

Fix YouTube Kids unable to contact server/ YouTube Kids internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click YouTube Kids » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto YouTube Kids » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
