Frndly TV Status

Can't reinstall app on my Firestick. Keeps buffering, in a loop, saying "installing" for over two hours! I have unplugged and rebooted everything, even changed batteries. Help!

It keeps shutting down quite often lately. Also the screen gets scrambled and shuts down several times

Has been buffering for two days using Amazon firestick and also on a 4k smart tv tried all troubleshooting tips no luck yet.

When watching on my iPad, it keeps shutting down over and over. Then when I try again, the movie has started over. This is getting annoying.

FrndlyTV app crashes while loading the guide on AppleTV. Tried multiple times. Tried refreshing app

Hallmark Channel is stuck on a Medicare commercial. I have tried other tv's in my house and same issue. The commercial stalls out and just hangs. I have tried going out of the channel and also out of the application and come back in and the same commercial is playing and then it stalls and the channel just hangs

Says error code 5. I have had this problem for 3 days. It works for about 15 minutes, then it stops during the show. I use Roku. I like this channel & would like to use it.

I am trying to change plan from basic to classic but I keep getting an error.

When I choose a program on Friendly tv it says "something went wrong"

We just did the update & now when we want to go back a day or two it gives us a comment that says something went wrong. We've always have been able to go back 3 days. What changed with this update? How do we get to see shows 1-2 days back?

I used my Friendly tv app yesterday and have no problem, tonight don't open, the signal just keeps going around. I have no problem with my others appls

While. on prime I select movie to watch and it says you need Fondly to watch this.I click on the link and it says you are not a member of f=Frndly. I just paid for annual membership.Help!

Movies keep pausing and buffering. If you try to restart the movie, another random movie will start playing instead of the one you selected and you have to continually try to go back to the one you were watching until you decide to give up and watch Netflix.

I accidentally signed out of my Frndly TV Basic Yearly Plan. It is paid for one year,and will renew 12/9/23 I tried to sign back in, but I do not have a username or password. Please advise as to what I need to do to get signed back in. Thank you.

It will not let me logan into my account also why am I being charged every month?

Picture freezes but sound continues. We have to go back to the home screen and go back in to the app for it to work properly.

We go to recordings and the screen is blank. We've updated, did a system restart and it's still blank on husbands VISZO tv. We use ROKU and it works fine on our ROKU tv.

I ordered Friendly to w at tech Christmas movies but my internet works fine with Amazon prime and Netflix but always always buffers excessively when watching friendly. Why?

When movies goes to commercial it freezes on it and doesn’t go back to the movie. Very frustrating. Please fix this problem.

Subscribed to free trial with basic subscription but would like to change subscription to HD instead of SD please.

Keeps freezing when a commercial comes on and just freezes on that commercial. I don't have this issue with any other of my streaming devices.

My frndly is constanty buffering. This started a few weeks back. I know it is not my internet connection as all of my other apps are working just fine. It will do this both on my tv and when trying to watch the app on the computer. Very frustrating.
