Frndly TV Status

Yesterday and today, whatever program I watching it freezes or I get error 233001. Please help me. Thank you

Keeps freezing, buffering, stopping and giving an unknown error box.

Lots of unknown error issues

It keeps going out and says unknown error. Frustrating!

When trying to watch FrndlyTV it has a spinning circle on it

DVR keeps freezing, have to exit program and restart it

Scrolling does stop on the guide, scrolls two or more at a time, this does not happen on our other Samsung TV as they are the same.

guide keeps scrolling when you try scrolling down or up if you click slowly it skips ahead 3 channels or so?

The app keeps freezing … Been doing it for a few days

Constant buffering of the FrndlyTV app on my Sony TV. Have “ excellent Wifi signal” as called out in the settings. If this can’t be resolved, I’m going to get rid of my subscription to this app

The program keeps pausing, the circle goes around and around and goes on. This happens about every three to five minutes. How do I fix this?

My recordings keep freezing up, might go 6 minutes or 20 minutes. My internet speed is 300mbps and I have gone through all the troubleshooting.

I keep getting error code -5 in the middle of watching an Alone episode. When I restart it I have to then start from the beginning of the episode and cannot fast forward. Please allow fast forward and what is the error code -5 mean?

Again? I'm having a hell of a time buying frndly tv in my name. Must not want to have many folks with this!! Account was in my wife's name and password. She passed away last year! I want frndly tv on my TVs not my tablet! Can you help me?

Dvr freezing have to restart

It won’t let me delete recordings that have seasons Like Chronicle Mysteries and Garage Sale Mysteries since you changed from My Recordings to My Stuff. It’s very annoying because I should be able to delete whatever I wan to delete.

On the screen voices don't match happens all the time. Also I might leave or just watching TV and it goes to the roku home

My friendly tv keeps on loading every 5 minutes when watching a movie - very frustrating !!!

We watch Chain Reaction and Master Mind on GSN channel every evening and every evening both channels freeze up but especially at the almost end of the shows and we don't get to know the winners. Very frustrating

I can not watch anything I have recorded. When I select one the revolving wheel comes on and immediately stops. If I wait the screen goes black and it will not respond to any commands from the remote. If I go completely out and sign back in everything works except the recorded progam.

I updated the app on my tv and now it keeps spinning when trying to open. I have turned off my tv and on again. I will try removing the app and reloading it. It works ok on my computer but it didn't update.

I cannot update the app.

My Frndly Tv will freeze up and I have to exit out to the home screen and restart the channel to continue watching my programs. It will happen at least 2-3 times during a 30 minute show. I am only having this problem with Frndly Tv, not the others that I subscribe to (Paramount+, Hulu, Discovery+, etc.). What can I do?

The show will play for around 10 minutes & then cuts off
