How do you update the time zone so the Guide displays the correct time. We moved and need to update to the current time zone.

Hve been charged twice in the same month . March29th and March 30th. The person I chatted with says it is onl showing one on the 29th. How come I see another one the 3oth
I was under the impression that I would get Hallmark (When Calls the Heart) but now I am told that it is another $60. Therefore, I would like to cancel my subscription to Frndly TV. immediately and the charge taken off my charge account. Thanking you in advance. Dee
You have the most ridiculous service. I want to cancel immediately as you do nothing for any of the problems. You send me to a page where I have to use my credit card for$1.00 and then if I don’t cancel it’s $46 monthly , what a hip . I was so excited to get this service as I wanted to watch Hallmark but I will cancel and do Hallmark on my own.
