Frndly TV Status

No on demand.... tried to resume an on demand movie and got a pop-up that said You cannot play this program because it is not recorded.

I cannot get into my Frndly tv app. it tells me a fee of $6.99 and i already pay $10.99. it tells me there is and update. then i don't have enough room for download. my other tv is fine and goes to my Frndly channels i have watched daily for a long time. please help me.

Keeps freezing during commercials. I have to go back to the guide & select what I was watching again & again.

For the past week (coincidentally right after I paid for a full year of Frndly TV) the app has been having problems. In the middle of watching something - anything at all on any channel and on any recording - the picture will freeze but the sound will keep going. There's no way to fix it other than to exit the app and get back in. I am watching on a television and I have netflix, prime, etc. etc. and have never had an issue with those channels, so it is not my wireless - it is Frndly TV. Is there a way to fix it?

This app keeps stopping after 5 minutes of watching an on Demand movie, stating “you have reached your limit “ on number of active screens but I only have one screen active, what a rip off. I will be terminating my membership. This doesn’t work and the streaming is fuzzy

The reception keeps going out. It is frustrating. Especially when watching the Game Channel.

I have the FrndlyTV App loaded on a new Gen 4 Apple TV. I purchased it specifically to watch METV. I tried it first on my IPhone 11 and it would play with intermittent pauses. I would stop the app and restart it to continue to watch. I thought the problem was that I as streaming it to my Gen. 1 Apple TV. I purchased a new out of the box Gen 4 Apple TV, downloaded the FrndlyTV app and it is also intermittently pausing . Why?

This service gets more and more annoying. Stops in the middle of a program and just keeps spinning! This has been a problem for a while and is getting worse! Please do something to fix it!

Please refund the subscription fee of $14.95 that you charged me on my Visa account. I signed up by accident to a free trial and do not want the subscription. I have notified my PFCU account to dispute this charge.

On my recordings-when we watch something for a bit, shut it off and come back later or even a few minutes, the audio works but the video is frozen.

Can’t use the app on Firestick or phone. Just keeps spinning. No sense in paying for something I can’t use.

Was forced off in the middle of a show and Buffering continued for days. Uninstalled and reinstalled and it continues buffering. No other streaming app is behaving this way. Help! I can’t continue paying for something I can never watch. Thanks.

I start to watch movie & the screen turns black but has voices is on. Then sometimes you try to turn movie on & it just circles. You can’t get out of app. Hopefully this will get fixed. Had the app 8 months ups to this point I Have been happy 😊

I want to cancel my trial membership but there is no button to do so on my TV. My only option is to upgrade my service. It clearly states on my TV that my trial membership will end tomorrow and I will be billed. I want to cancel before this charge. Thank you.

i am baffled - i can access programs on my phone and tv, but not my laptop. any suggestions?

FrndlyTV app not working just spins like it’s loading and I’ve unistalled and installed the app and still not working. Why am I paying for something that’s not working. It’s been almost a week from today! So bummed out!!

frndlytv seems to be down. Just a black screen and circle going round and round.

"frndly" is intermittently not working. For long periods of time, if I try to watch my recordings it just spins and spins. Also, when the problems are happening, the menu of shows appears with the name of shows, but you can't change channels at times and you get a Grey in area at the bottom half of the screen. Also, when it does work, watching saved recordings is difficult to use fast forward to skip the unwanted commercials. I have no problems with HBO, HULU Commercial Free, Prime Videos, Free YouTube, or any other apps that are available on ROKU.

Friendly Stopped working with EDGE after the last EDGE updated. Like others say, it just keeps spinning. FRNDLY does work with FIREFOX on the PC so whatever "Feature" EDGE added is the culprit. "Failures is not an option - it comes bundled with Windows"

Picture and Sound are out of sync and we have tried every things.
