Okay everyone that's leaving bad reviews for friendly TV listen up, first off I am a friendly TV subscriber and I can truly contest that half of these complaints are truly by people that are not using the platform correctly because they are not educating themselves or they're just too damn lazy to figure it out or....... they simply are lying! This platform called justuseapp states that one of the good reasons to report Frndly TV is " customers can learn from other customers in case it's a common problem!" Sure! But that's just it, monkey see monkey do! It's true and I know it's true because there's so much of that bull crap out there! I can bet you there's a good majority, most likely more than half who post here are absolutely lying or highly exaggerating and mimicking other people's comments inflaming and empowering other post comments that I'm sure hurt the company because there's no support from this company who suggests and states that it will forward problems to the company to fix well where's the follow-up! I see nothing but a shallow pit of disgusting useless tactics to make money on other people pain and your company should be the one to go down as far as I'm concerned! A majority of these people here or most of them if not all of them are here only because they fell on this page as I did looking to answer a question they had about their current service with frndly TV and clicked on your link thinking it was going to give them a website to answer a problem or perhaps order a subscription ,who knows but they clicked your link and they find this pit of epitome! I have this service on my Roku and I absolutely love it and if you learn how to use the app it's great but if you don't know how to maneuver and navigate through it because you didn't pay attention or don't want to learn,to busy etc,etc, then that's the consumers issue and own damn fault! This service is friendly, thoughtful and it is by far the best price your going to find anywhere for streaming live television especially when you get the History Channel, A&E, curiosity Channel, story television, lifetime, pixel, Heartland TV, Hallmark drama, Game Show Network, The Weather Channel Network, yes I did, I said The Weather Channel Network and there's still a lot more I didn't mention like the dove Channel and fetv that broadcasts a lot of your older shows like Bewitched Leave It to Beaver and other good programming like hope for Christmas and the farmer in the Bell Saving Santa Land! It's just good quality television that's affordable and because it's affordable doesn't mean it's missing quality programming and it still has plenty of features that make it really worth it if you ask me! I haven't had an issue since I've had it for almost a year now and I can't relate to any of these negative comments, I only have good things to say like great programming with all kinds of channels that offer a diverse range of quality television from old westerns and lots of kid friendly channels! With on demand television at your fingertips that you can record and as much as you want that keep for up to 6 months if you ask me that is a deal breaker right there! A yrly subscriptions runs for $69 or monthly for $6.99 for SD quality and no recording but hey that's what you get for going cheap you want better quality move up to the 8.99 a month or 89.00 annually and that's still a good deal especially when with this plan now you get HD viewing and unlimited recordings of any television show you want to watch and all the future recordings of that show that broadcast afterwards will automatically record if you choose and don't expire for 6 months! You can record as much as you want! I record alot from the A&E network such as neighborhood Wars, customer Wars and road Wars because they are so much fun to watch but I never have time to see them all so I record them! So see it's not that bad, it's actually a very good deal and they really are good people not here to rip you off but here to give you quality television at a price you can afford because they're not gold diggers they are people Pleasers and as far as trying to getting hold of them keep in mind that they do all of their business online so you'll need to email them! I'm sure if there was something that was unable to be solved on the internet that you could talk to them somehow over a phone but look you're getting the service for cheap and it's not bad it's actually better than some I've seen out there and it's a good deal so stop complaining it's cheap with a premium customer service if you ask me! So before I leave and end my rant on this shallow useless negative cloudy dark platform I have one more thing I want to say about this platform and it's so-called solution to help fix a problem! It doesn't and it doesn't help either it only feeds anger hate and discontent and I don't like it! Its a big old toilet bowl where people come to vent and puke there stress out for the world to see because they're unhappy about something that they couldn't figure out or they didn't like or something that didn't go their way! It's a place where people land on accidentally when searching for a solution like I was today and clicked on this POS link to help them and that's why I'm here today and ill tell everyone who reads this that is thinking about getting a Frndly subscription or has 1 don't let this service with all of its interactive monkeys and the haters fool you and turn your interest away from something that you will really enjoy and love for many Friendly Moments to come going forward and subscribe to it every month like I do! I have them take it out of my account automatically so I don't even have to remember to order itand for $8.99 it's a good deal, hopefully next month I can afford the annual subscription because it's an even better deal! This company called justuseapp is a platform that uses a service in a way that hurts businesses especially good wholesome ones such as frndly TV who's trying to give consumers a better deal and a better price for quality television! So what, they don't have a huge customer service base so you'll need to email them but that's how they can to make it more affordable for us so you're not going to have full customer service instead you need to email the developer with your issue and they get back to you on the same day but what I'm trying to say is you're going to have to go somewhere else if you don't like it or understand that this is the way they make the service more affordable and by cutting out all their marketing ploys and limiting their employee base that they have to pay they're able to offer a better price for all of us and if you ask me that tells me they care!

Every night at 12;15 AM, MeTV quits working and the menu comes up on the screen. The menu say's NO DATA. I have to scroll forward on the menu until programming shows up, then scroll back to the program I was watching. I have to wait as the TV say's LOADING for about a minute. Then I can highlight the show I want to watch and everything works again. This happens every night. Other than that, I have no problems with Frndly TV and I enjoy your channel very much. I normally have had no issues with the Frndly TV App on my Roku stick but I am definitely having issues since I have moved and had to reconnect my Roku device. All my other apps are fine, but Frndly TV seems to be the only one that I am having issues with. I get the green spinning wheel of death; a red x pops up saying that I have to switch to another channel because of viewing issues and my closed captions only come on for certain channels, for example the Hallmark channels used to have closed captions but now they don't. I have checked my Roku device and the setting for captions on my Frndly app. I don't want to cancel because I enjoy this app. If you can help that would be great, if not , then that's okay but I would greatly appreciate a response back. Maybe the issue has to do with my internet speed package or you have plans to add more family friendly TV channels to your app, like the Decades channel and Antenna TV channel. When I subscribed to FRNDLY TV, it seemed like a good deal. I chose the second package so I could get HD and stream on two devices. At first things were working fine. I was streaming on my computer sometimes, then on my TV sometimes. Then my access to computer streaming was cut off for some reason. I have contacted them twice about this with no answer. I can't even log in to my account even after putting in my email address and password. I have never had a problem logging in before. The log-in page in completely inoperative and has been for days. No one will tell me why or do anything about it. So now I am limited to watching only on my TV. But this problem means that FRNDLY TV is now in violation of their own terms of service which guarantees me that I can stream on two devices. That is no longer true since I no longer have access to them on my computer and my login has been blocked. I have given them final warning that I intend to report this as soon as I find out who to report it too. This is unsatisfactory and unacceptable.

First of all I love your channel. I am hooked on Gunsmoke rerun-reruns. :) I don't know why that person has trouble canceling. I cancel when I need to cut back on spending but I always go back. I think she is short of savy. xd My issue is the automatic cut off feature. Is there a setting where I can disable that? I have my tv on all the time. If I am not sitting and watching I am up and listening. When that message pops up "are you still there" sometimes i don't see it or I can't get to the remote fast enough and its shut off. I have the 7.99 plan and use on my fire stick. The movies buffer, then replay 10 seconds, buffer, repeat. Sometimes the buffer will be so long that when it stops, it’s a different movie. The guide is glitchy in that sometimes it’s just all black- no programs listed under time. This app looks like it was developed in the 90’s. It is the only app I have issues with on fire stick. I have unplugged fire stick, restarted/rebooted fire stick , deleted and reinstalled frndly app, checked for app updates, added a WiFi booster to room...no luck. I can see that many have complained about the same issues I’ve had, so the developers need to start from scratch and rebuild this platform so that it actually works.

This app is absolute trash but I keep it because it’s the only way to watch all of the Hallmark movies I want to watch. The playback controls are limited to 10 seconds to fast forward or rewind when the standard for other apps is to fast forward by 30 seconds. The closed captioning has never worked and we like to use them in our family. It defeats the purpose of having the control button if it doesn’t actually work. :| The app constantly restarts the program if it gets paused and there is a glitch that zooms in movies around the hour and a half mark. FrndlyTV needs to revamp the app if they truly want to keep people or bring new people in.

I got the app so I could watch the Christmas movies. I didn’t realize that you have to record the movies you want to watch and then you still have commercials you have to watch. I was able to move past that...now when I pause the movie, it starts over again at the beginning. I fast forward to the point where I was watching it takes 5 minutes for the movie to catch up. I can’t blame my iPad cause it’s brand new and the latest edition maybe it’s my internet but that doesn’t explain the movie starting at the beginning.
Really not impressed with the app. I will only keep it for the one month I have paid for. It’s not worth it the $7.99.
