Dear Solarman Smart, We have been experiencing problems with the app over the past week and are concerned that our consumption is not bring recorded accurately. The app has not been recording correctly on the Real Time panel since the beginning of April. All the values surrounding the ‘Production Today’ and ´Consumption Tiday’ totals are 0.00 kWh and the Consumption Today total is completely wrong - at 10am in the morning it is showing a hugely conflated figure of 10.3kWh - there is no way 10.3 kWh has been used by 10am- we wouldn’t even normally reach this amount until well into the evening (if even). We contacted the installer last Thursday who says others are experiencing this issue as well and it has something to do with the clocks going forward on the 31 March. We have tried logging in and out, which did not work. Is there something else that needs to be reset? Can you help us with this issue? The in app feedback/customer service is not online. Thank you.

The app si not showing production values or consumption values correctly since yesterday. We can see how much the panels produces, but cant see what we self used, what Feed in was or what is showing on or battery. On the consumption section, the figure shown is completely wrong as I have verified that with my smart meter app and again the Production, , Power Purchased and Battery Discharge icons show 00 We have logged out of the app and back in, uninstalled the app and reinstalled and there is no change. I often lost connection in last couple of days and tried to uninstall solar man smart application from my android xiaomi lite 11 phone. Now when install it again and try to login using credentials (I confirmed are correct because I am able to login on my desktop over web), nothhing happend after select country Montenegro and write login nevena.cabrilo@redacted and password, nothings happened. I cleared data and cache but this did not help. Please advise. Goran

My APP stop working on 9 Oct 2023 after 5 months. I can not reconnect to the internet. On the logger modem the net green light is dead, the com light is steady on the ready light flashes slow. How do I correct this ?

As soon as my inverter starts up in the morning, solarman shows energy produced today as 15.44 kWh - when actual production is zero ! This started happening on 12 sept 2023,. This amount is added into the daily and monthly stats, even though it does not appear on the inwerter or stick logger. The problem is only in the app, and only for one inverter (my plant has 2 inverters)

I was required to update the Sokarman app today to a new version. However now the data displayed on the app is not accurate. I’m off grid, have 100% full batteries but the days 14%. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled but mmo success. Help!!!

I have been using a desktop version, because the Android Phone version has been withdrawn from Google's Playstore. It was originally working perfectly through my Firefox browser, but just over a week ago it seemed to lose the link between my Solarman ID number and my physical installation. Whenever I try it wants me to 'Enter Plant' - i.e., give it all the details of my installation

I am unable to connect to my installation, the message says there is "no power plant" and then disappears from the screen. I have closed and restarted my phone but it make no difference. I can connect on my laptop and desktop but not easily as it takes several attempts, my WiFi is working fine as I don't have any other issues connecting.
- Flow chart is always delayed for 2 hours.
- Can't log into the app on iPhone 13 mini.
- Can no longer see how much power was produced over time.
- Not very useful.
