8 Most reported problems 😔💔
Can't log into Solarman Smart on my Android phone, which worked perfectly about two months ago. I enter my email address and password. App says "click button to verify", then "Please slide to Verify", "Loading", the line then go green and and come back with message: "Net err, please refresh or feedback(00). I have de-installed and re-installed the app, same thing happens. Please help ! ! !
My inverter is offline for 7 days cant find the installer what to do thanks
The app is not working, app is offline and I don’t know how to bring it back online.
I can’t log into my account, I even deleted and loaded the app again but i still can’t log in, so I try to register a new account but it wont let me do that either

I have an iPhone 13 mini. And I can’t even log into this app because it won’t allow the keyboard to descend after you type in your email. I can’t get past this screen. This makes using/understanding my whole solar system impossible and is so frustrating. This is such an app development rookie error. Honestly.
They removed production log

You can no longer see how much power you produced over time. The app is actually not very useful. I’m not sure why they changed this and deleted that ability but I would look for other places to get solar power and information.
App never refreshes

App needs to automatically refresh or simply add a Refresh button.
Also there is no easy way to program when I want to turn on or off Grid.
Support does not seem to answer emails.
