Recently (over the last two weeks) my android Residio ap (controlling a Honeyewll t10 thermostat) has been intermittantly pushing an error message to my Samsung S9 "We're having trouble communicating with your thermostat" then "Your thermotat is back online and working normally", several times per day. My other Honeyewll thermostat controlled by the TCC ap is working fine with no errors. Any suggestions to resolve this issue. Thanks, Stan
I upgraded from iPhone 10 to iPhone 12 Pro running IOS 17.0.2. Now I cannot access my Resideo app because the "Critical Alert" keeps popping up telling me the data & time is incorrect. The Time/Date is set to Automatic and the Calendar is set to Gregorian according to your fix but nothing actually fixes the problem. I cannot use any of my cameras or get past the Critical Alert screen. Please help!
I am having problems the app. When I change the temperature on the app, often it will return to the programmed settings on the thermostat. I had changed the temperature with the app to increase the temperature from 76` to 85` (away from the house). When I checked the app on my way home, it had returned to 76` which means my house was cooled to 76` all day when I wanted it to be set to 85` as I was NOT at home.

Piece of junk, the Resideo app is not opening the thermostat settings. Tried all advise on homepage and nothing. Went to the app. Reviews and this has been going on for 5 years, and the still haven’t fixed it. Tomorrow morning calling my HVAC company to come and get this junk.

My thermostat is setting its own temperature and when I’ve turned the system off it turns it back on and sets it to 68. I try to keep it at 63. It’s like it’s all of a sudden being controlled by someone else.
My honeywell thermostat has a wifi connection but I can't use the app to control it. It says it is offline. Seems like the thermostat isn't communicating with the app on my samsung.
The app is showing week 12/26 - 1/1 with no run time for heat or cooling cycles.
Hi, I have a a T6H700RW4011 thermostat and have just started using the Resideo app to control it. I have set up a schedule and everything OK but I've just noticed the App is showing today as 29/12/22 when it's clearly New Years Eve. How do I correct this? The app doesn't have a date change setting but the thermostat itself is showing correct date of 31/12/22. Cheers Nick.
Honeywell Resideo app will not load cameras for camera view and in the last month the app did not allow full viewing of the iPhone screen on iOS 16 update on portrait mode only if a screen shot was taken or a motion incident was saved to storage. Hard to use cameras for viewing with 1” screen. Honeywell said 3 weeks ago they would get Microsoft to do software update to correct but not available yet unless it’s down today because they are installing update.
My screen is black on my iPhone. I tried reloading the app but still have the black screen.
I have had one blackout. The only thing different I had done was to charge my phone in very close proximity to the thermostat on the wall. When I came home 5 hours later, still black screen for about 2 minutes then it showed up automatically. Working fine. I use the cellular data option in the original setup.

I’m trying to save money so have the app set to the geolocation function. We’ve had mild weather, so I’ve put the app in the “off” setting. Even so Resideo will still turn my boiler on when ever I return home, or in the middle of the night. This action doesn’t relate to my night temperature setting, but the day temperature setting. When I’m sleeping I don’t want the boiler to fire up. I’m desperately trying to save money so the mistakes the app is making are really frustrating. Can you help please. I’ve tried sending diagnostic reports, but not sure if they’re transmitted as they take so long to generate
Thermostat indicates "offline" and continues to fluctuate between "working" and "offline." Despite several attempts to reset WIFI, the thermostat hasn't maintained connectivity. WIFI service doesn't appear to be the problem, but maintaining connection to thermostat is a problem. I question if this is an App problem. This has been occurring intermittently ("trouble communicating with your thermostat" message) for approximately one week now. Please advise. Thanks
